Ordered some smaller gadgets as cups with a special logo on it. Production was announced and shipping incl. Tracking number. But the parcel never reached me. Hermes says it was returned to the sender. When trying to contact you are not able to (german phone: voicemail / german landline: redirected to a french pharma-company (!) / via email or social media: no response at all within 14 days.

After failing to deliver on my order, Camaloon promised me a full refund. That was over two weeks ago and I still don't have my money back. They are frauds - do not use them!

I was pleasantly surprised at how my order of 100 bags came out. The help received by the salesperson was great!

I orderd buttons at camaloon for a party, I needed them quickly so i used the express delivery option, (this costs 10euro extra) they did not deliver it on time ( 4 days late) now i had to throw the order away because they werent usefull anymore and the party was already some time ago.

The products itself werent really good either. The costumer service doesnt take calls and responds bad and late.

I trully reccomend you to not buy anything at camaloon.

I played an order for 250 badges for wedding a month in advance and paid extra for the expedited delivery - the badges never showed up. I emailed to query and I was told that there is a problem with production. I've asked for a refund but now the company has disappeared on me. This company is not legit - pay a bit extra and go elsewhere.

Complete scam. Took my money and ran. Hundreds of pounds. No comms. All dead ends or fake numbers. Avoid or lose you cash.

After buying and paying i heared nothing for one month, even after 2 Emails. Then an automatic email its in production. I got my material after 2! Months, allthough they wrote max. 2 weeks!
Never again and don't buy anything there!

Within a few hours of purchasing I got an email saying my products were in production. Sounded great
Since then (way past the promised delivery date) have not heard a word although I have sent multiple emails and attempted to contact customer service.
I am disputing their charges with my credit card and hoping for the best that way. Stay far, far away

I am now updating the review to say that they came through. A month late, absolutely ZERO communication or way to contact, but the products DID FINALLY arrive - and they seem to be of a good quality and as described.

Where's the zero star rating? I placed and paid for an order with my card on 22nd October. Today, I received an email saying I placed another order and need to pay again with a bank transfer. I tried calling, but the phone said no one is available and it hung up. I went onto the chat, where you can only talk to sales people by requesting a quote. I went ahead with this, and the person I spoke to didn't appear to understand anything and out of the blue said I spoke to them. When I said I didn't he asked me if I'm someone, by providing me with someone else's email address. I was not that person, and previously provided my email address and two order numbers which I went back to check were correctly typed. Now I was left with one of their customer's email address and no further clarification of where my order is. Eventually, I was told that the items I ordered were out of stock. No one told me about this, and only 2-3 weeks later, they decided to replace the order with a new one for different, cheaper items, which is why I received the email. At no point did anyone tell me that the items were out of stock, nor did anyone communicate with me what they are doing. Instead, they decided to proceed with cheaper items, request another payment, and expect for me to wait another 3-4 weeks for delivery... I requested a refund as I did not wish to deal with this company, but instead, they sent me an order confirmation email stating that the order is now in production with the items that I didn't want and didn't approve. My search for a quality and reliable supplier has failed, and I only wish I saw the other scathing reviews before being lured into the simplicity and appeal of their website.

The ink of my bags peeled away. I originally gave this a high score, but they didn't last at all. Terrible printing

This is a fraudulent website, do not order anything from them. I ordered something, haven't received it even though it was estimated to be delivered on the 22nd August and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone.

Camaloon failed to deliver my order. My order was eventually canceled and they have NEVER refunded my money - so they have STOLEN my money, basically - no goods, no refund = theft.
You cannot contact anyone on the phone to talk to a person and they have been ignoring my emails since I have been questioning the whereabouts of my refund - disgusting behaviour from a company that is still operating!

DO NOT ORDER! Since the company moved to Croatia, orders are not delivered anymore, no customer care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been ordering form this site for 9 years now ( twice per year about 20 personalized magnets each time) and have been very satisfied. However this summer I have tried ordering three times and each time there are issues. First order has been showing in production for a longest time. Normally ( talking about only 20 magnets) my orders were showing in production for not longer than a week, but the first one showed 3 weeks. All my emails about the status went unanswered. They did deliver it the last day they were showing it was going to be delivered and only then did they actually answer my email about the status. Too bad as I wanted to change delivery address.
Second order I have immediately canceled and I'm still waiting on a refund of the money. Its been 3 weeks since the cancelation. I have emailed twice about refund status and no answer as of yet.
Then immediately after canceling that one, I have ordered a third item that showed it will be delivered by the 19th of this month. I'm yet to receive that order or yet to get an email response and it shows still in production. Three weeks now its been showing in production. I think this will be my last time I order anything from this company. The most disappointing thing is nobody answering any of my emails for weeks, not to mention this last order is now 3 days late when I was so used to this company always shipping my orders at least a week ahead of the estimated delivery times...

I've had nothing but good results from them. There were a few hiccups in the design tool, but the design was fixed by them for free. I don't know how to design well, and it was a relief to have that service.

If I could write a review for negative stars I would do -5 stars.
I made an order on the website and was supposed to receive the items a few weeks later.
After A MONTH PAST THE ARRIVAL DATE I still didn't get my package I emailed the company and tried calling every number listed for them on the internet and got no answer. When I finally got in touch with someone I was told I would get a call back which I never did.
I did get contacted a day later via email saying that the file I used wasn't inadequate and they wouldn't start making my order until I sent a new file.
I responded to the email with the proper file and wrote asking how only now they told me that the file was wrong?!
Had I not emailed and called they would have just stolen my money and never made the order.

SINCE THEN I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN AN EMAIL BACK SAYING THAT THEY GOT THE NEW FILE OR THAT THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE THE ORDER AT ALL!

I REQUESTED A REFUND and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

The worst online experience i have ever had.

I ordered some badges for a memorial service 10 days prior to the event, the order was supposedly sent out two days after the event with delivery estimate of 5-8 days delivery time being given, Their customer service is really bad and trying to get someone on the phone is possible. Countless emails and no reply. The products have not arrived even though the event has passed. So I have wasted my money and no reply to emails and no way of speaking to anytime. I would stay away from this company unless you want to waste your moneywaste your money
