DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
If I could write a review for negative stars I would do -5 stars.
I made an order on the website and was supposed to receive the items a few weeks later.
After A MONTH PAST THE ARRIVAL DATE I still didn't get my package I emailed the company and tried calling every number listed for them on the internet and got no answer. When I finally got in touch with someone I was told I would get a call back which I never did.
I did get contacted a day later via email saying that the file I used wasn't inadequate and they wouldn't start making my order until I sent a new file.
I responded to the email with the proper file and wrote asking how only now they told me that the file was wrong?!
Had I not emailed and called they would have just stolen my money and never made the order.

SINCE THEN I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN AN EMAIL BACK SAYING THAT THEY GOT THE NEW FILE OR THAT THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE THE ORDER AT ALL!

I REQUESTED A REFUND and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

The worst online experience i have ever had.

The prices were good, and I really liked their jute bags; they came out great in silkscreen
