A friend of mine who lives in Canada purchased a gift from Cafe Press for my birthday and had it shipped to me in the greatest country on earth - the USA. The item was promptly delivered in perfect condition. My friend was a bit off on the size so I inquired about an exchange with customer support. The service was outstanding. They quickly made everything right at no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about this online purchase experience!
Their website is very confusing so I thought I ordered one product but ended up getting something different. I asked to return and exchange it for what I wanted and they said I could not do that because I already received the item! To their credit though they did give me a refund. I had a bad feeling right after I placed the order.Delivery was slow, the product was more expensive than competitors. Bad on me.
I ordered two hoodies on the Cafepress site.
They arrived in a week, all right. However, the quality is low.
The print is very dull, nothing compared to the colors and the look on the pictures on the site.
The fabric is not thick, and there is a lot of dangling thread.

I carefully chose and ordered two magnets for my sparkley new 2023 Honda CR-V... both related to my passion for spaying, neutering and pet adoption. Both are such poor quality that I imagine they'll end up in the trash and never on my vehicle. The printing is blurry, the color of the print is not vivid (an understatement), and it is not even centered. Imo a complete and total waste of time and money

The dish towels are poor quality. They have massive stitching all the way around. I have never seen anything so poorly made. I will cut them up into pieces to use as floor rags. But not sure they qualify. Don't buy them. Total junk.
I bought a mug for my father and a magnet for myself. I only received the mug as they shipped separately. The lettering on parts of the mug is blurry. The only way to request a refund is to call a number. Don't bother, the support is pretty much non-existent. And if the post office loses your package, there is no way to request a refund or new product.

Creating Something To Sell Is A Horrible Experience. You will spend hours in laggy screens and pages that don't come up right. Tried different browsers with the same experience. I also don't like how they plaster your image on everything in bad spots and you have to fix each one. No Thanks... Fix your site.
The two stars are only for the support team that replies fast when there is a problem. However, I have ordered two times this year from their e-shop and neither of my orders arrived.
I ordered 4 charcoal gray t shirts 2 women's M and 2 men M "class of 2020" the class with perfect vision.
I thought the color would be easy and neutral. The blue text on the online image seems to show up well. In reality it does not. Too bad a lighter color of text is not an option to use on darker colored shirts. I felt a need to get my 4 gifts mailed and I did not feel it worth mailing back original order and ordering new colors. So to say the least I am very disappointed and felt I had to send a note along with gift to the grads hoping that the shirts fade a bit so they could read the print :( :( :( :(.
I ordered Clothing and it is not true to size. I ordered XL and it is like a Medium. I cannot wear them and it is not cost effective to send them back. So, I loose all the way around. The quality was fine, but I cannot wear it.

I bought the hooded t-shirt shown in the photo. I received something else. The photo showed a simple juniors shaped and contoured hoodie that was long enough to go easily over the hips. What I received was a square, unshaped, cropped length hoodie that is not pictured online (see photos). I called them to return it, and they said donate it somewhere and that I got a full refund. I'm most upset with not getting what they advertised and wasting my time in thinking this would make a good gift. Never again... stay away from this shopping site.
I order 12 latte mugs and received them in a timely manner and just how I had ordered them. No complaints on quality or service. BUT -- and a huge BUT -- each arrived in an individual coffin of thick styrofoam. 12 mugs took up a very large box. Granted, each was in PERFECT condition, but I now have TWO huge garbage bags of styrofoam to throw into a landfill. Ugh. And seriously, in this day and age, who does this? Very very disappointed with this company.
I had a bad experience with some masks I ordered which were very small and didn't cover my nose and mouth. There is no way to leave a product review on the cafepress website to warn other potential buyers. And their customer service is terrible. I closed my account.

I ordered custom pint glasses with my company logo and contact information. I uploaded my logo to their template and added text above and below it. They shipped very quickly (I had them by the end of the week) and the print quality was good (although my logo was transparent which I didn't expect) but when I was looking at them, I realized the design was crooked. I lined it up with it straight surfaces and realized that one side started straight and then curved up or down, like they had just put a flat design on a curved surface. It would be one thing if they all looked the same but the design on each cup curved in a different direction with no consistencies! I emailed customer service and they sent me replacements free of charge and told me to keep the first set. I got them in 4 days and guess what: the replacements were crooked too. I won't be ordering pint glasses from this company again.
I have been a customer of CafePress since the company first began. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars over those years; and was always immensely pleased with prices, products, and customer service. In the last couple of years I noticed an increase in prices( At first I thought. OK?), but later, the products I ordered were of flimsy quality and the customer service policies had completely changed. After doing a little research on my own, as well as contacting a few friends who are Executives in this industry, I sadly found out that this company has been sold. It used to have PROMPT SERVICE, TOP NOTCH SERVICE, HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS/ PRINTING, etc. It is not my suggestion not to buy from them. All I'm saying is it is NOT the same outstanding company it was from 1999 until it was sold. It was acquired by SNAPFISH for $25million. The company logo remained the same. Yes, they have cute, unique designs. But now, many prices are outrageous. Just be aware is all I'm saying.
I ordered 20+ custom v-neck t-shirts in 3 different sizes. I was highly disappointed to find that the logo was printed off-center or tilted on nearly every shirt. Only two came out properly centered. The off-center imprint is particularly noticeable because the t-shirts are all V-necked. Even more surprising is that the Café Press logo imprinted inside the neck of the shirts is way off-center as well. No two shirts have it in the same place! While the quality of my logo imprint was good, the lack of quality control on the printing of these shirts will prevent me from ever using Café Press for anything again.
Said it was made with hardwood, came in as a plastic box with a tile picture. Not what I expected! The shipping, however was pretty quick.
I just want to review the one item I purchased because the quality is so poor. I purchased a music bracelet with a cute little saying on it for $18 and when I got it, it was no better than a dime store toy. And you couldn't read the saying at all. I would have had to tell the person what it said and they'd just have to believe me, because it was too small and blurry. I was very disappointed and don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. I wish there was a way to review the product right on their site so I didn't have to go here.

I paid quite a bit extra for "faster" shipping but a slow boat from China might have been faster. The shirts I bought were made in Mexico and very low quality at a premium price. I should have known better than to pay more than $30 for a t-shirt. In this case I don't feel I got what I paid for. Would definitely not order from them again.
I received a Christmas gift with no message included in the package. I called CafePress but they couldn't provide any help without the order number. Of course, receiving a gift, the order number is not included. As it turns out, CafePress didn't put the message with the gift. This is getting to be a recurring problem with many companies and it is becoming very frustrating. We're very disappointed in CafePress.
Recently I ordered a pair of flip flops. It cost around $15 and shipping was $6. The date that I ordered them was July 8. As I said it cost $6 to get them to me by July 21. Still have not got them (today is 7/25). Like I told them "Hmm, one pair of flip flops, takes over two weeks to ship, over $6 in shipping costs. I'm sure I'll be shopping here again." They were deeply sorry for this inconvenience so that is why they got 2 stars. The flip flops have been promised an Aug 5 delivery. We'll see. Oh they said I could keep the pair from the other order should it arrive. I'm sure mistakes happen but for six dollars they could have sent it first class mail(they use DHL which I suppose I could write another review).
Still waiting for my Rookie Blue magnet, I received my mug but no magnet. Ordered at the same time. I will wait a couple more days until I call.
It has been a very frustrating experience! It has been one month since I placed an order for a rug. The rug is still not here! When I called a couple times, they were friendly and said they upgraded my shipping to "express"... It has been a Week and it is still not here!. Don't ever buy a gift expecting it to arrive on time! Ordered a $72 Scottish throw blanket. Very disappointed. Expected better quality since the cost was high. Blanket is very thin and flimsy. Wish I could return it but it's a gift (requested) for my grandson's birthday and I don't have time to get another one. Will not shop with Cafepress again. Delivery was on time. Lena

Basically, the product and the print quality do not justify the high price. I ordered a Custom Water Bottle, but the opening edge of the bottle has some defects of cut marks. The surface of the bottle is not very smooth with some 'bubbles'. The print is a bit blurry and the image is so pixelated that cannot be accepted. Some text looks like having some faded colors.
