Made my order over a month ago and haven't gotten anything in the mail. They had no problem taking my money immediately. When I reached out a couple weeks ago they said " We're still a relatively new business, so we're working out some issues as we go." If this is a legitimate business, I seriously doubt it will last.

I hope you enjoy your tag for its beauty because their website does not describe how to actually register your tag so it is very useless! Just like most products you purchase online, beware cause you are screwed once they get your money! Might as well just flush your money down the toilet.

I've had 5 byte tags now. 3 i purchased and 2 were sent to me from the company. Which was really nice but they still broke. The plastic part breaks and cracks. It happened to all of them. The part with the QR code is just cardboard and then gets wet and ruined. Nice idea but needs made better.

The silicone products are all garbage. They come with QC issues such as damage or holes and the colors are extremely dull compared to what they advertise. I have emailed them numerous times and they never respond. This is a scam company. The packaging was also as shoddy as they come. Do not waste your time.

I throw these tags on my Horses and dogs, absolutely love it. I've had some trouble securing them to my crazy dog but that's no fault of the company. The tags have stayed on all 3 of my horses no issue. Two are actively working, going down trail, wrangling cattle, rolling, going to the beach, all without loosing the tags! One horse is loose in over 100 acers of bush land complete with barbwire and it looks just as good as when I bought it. Both my orders have come quick and look exactly as expected. Such a nice size, can't wait for more colors and to get one to stay on my crazy farm dog! My house dog is digging it and I can't even express how content I am knowing my animals have these tags on. Anytime they're loose or lost someone can simply scan the tag for my number or know the animal is right where they belong. Love being able to update/change info at will with so many details and even pictures. Silicon or hard plastic options, package is great. Just so happy.

When I received my byetag, it did not work. It appears as though the QR code was never activated. Therefore, when scanned, it gave an error message - thereby rendering the product completely useless. I contacted customer service multiple times over MONTHS. I received one email asking for a photo of the tag, after that, silence. I could not get the issue resolved, could not initiate a return, could not speak to anyone. I ended up having to challenge the purchase with my credit card company, who refunded me. This is such a scam and waste of money! DON'T buy it!

I got my byte tag back in Septemeber of 22. First when receiving I thought WOW! I paid this price for this thing? Anyone I did a practice trial checking it out and it was awesome. Got the account set up and everything. August of 22 I switched phones I downloaded the byte app and it keeps telling me the email does not exist. I only use 3 emails I tried all 3 says none exist. I then in Novemeber of 22 contacted byte support for help. It is now Jan 23 no response. I submitted help several times giving all 3 emails and nothing! I even decided to say my dog was lost to expedite and still not a word or single reply! I tried creating a new account but then I scan qr code and says tag is in use. Very frustrating very upsetting. Very glad my dog isn't lost because if he were I'd be extremely passed off.

I love the idea of this tag. The data management, the ease of use, but it is not that sturdy. I bought one and it broke within 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and replaced it. The problem is the next one also broke within 2 weeks. Customer service has disappeared. I have contacted them no less than 6 times with absolutely NO REPONSE. When they had responded so well to the first incident, I bought a second tag for my other dog, it also broke within 2 weeks and have gotten no response. What a frustrating experience. And the fact that they don't respond has lost my business.

I thgt it was GPS so could track lost pet. Find out after getting only activates IF someone finds and scans. My cat was stolen...need to track w GPS

Would help if dog is lost and finder was honest. Requires when scanned to accept location. Thief would not accept. Not allowing to see where pet is.

Able to leave a lot of detailed info without having a large footprint. Able to limit private info, while still being able to impart if necessary--can leave info about medical, chip implants, and friendliness among others. Customer service responded promptly.

I ordered Bytetag for 2 dogs over Christmas. I opted for the silicone style. They are thick and I could not tear it with my hands. They make no noise when dangling. Dogs have not chewed them or even attempted so far. App worked just as it should. I love that I can add medical information.

Tips to remember: dishonest people exist, this will not protect against someone with bad intent. That does not mean the product is poor. And there is a degree of user error involved when setting up the tags. I found it very simple, but others may not. That also does not mean it's a bad product.

These are the best dog tags! All of the ones we've used before scratch up where you can't read them. These have a great protective coating that allow anyone who finds our dog or cat to scan the QR code and all of their information pops up- including everything down to vet and rabies information. We tried it out and as soon as my husband scanned my dog's tag, I got the text and email letting me know it had been scanned! Amazing!

I ordered Byte Tag and it arrived quickly. We travel a lot with our dog and now have peace of mind that if he runs off we'll know as soon as someone scans his tag. I like that we can provide multiple addresses and phone numbers for people to contact along with his vet information and whether or not he gets along with other animals. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The only negative thing I have to say is, I'm made I didn't think of this first! Ordering was easy. My tags came in a timely fashion. Setting them up was a breeze. And I legit have less anxiety about my dog getting loose.

These tags came quickly after I ordered and was super easy to register. The app is easy to use, and makes me feel better knowing that if my dogs got out, the person who found them would be able to know everything about them in order to care for them until I got there. Definitely recommend!

I ordered 2 tags. One for my German Shepherd and the other for my rescue dog that weighs 50 pounds. I followed the weight and size info on their site. When they arrived I was shocked at how small they both were. They would not fit either of their collars. I tried to return them and they said they have a no return policy. What a shady company.

My Byte tag come in a very timely manner! We LOVE it, every aspect of it! This tag gives me a peace of mind when my dog gets loose, when scanning the tag it automatically brings up all our info so that he can get back to us safely.

I've had no issues with my Bytetag and have found it's the perfect thing to use for my therapy dog. I don't necessarily want the people we interact with to be able to see our address or phone number so this has been great. I have them for all of my dogs now and they have held up well. I didn't have any issues with shipping or setting up multiple accounts.

I ordered a tag almost a month ago, they charged my card immediately, I received an email confirming the ordered stating I would be advised when it shipped, but it still shows shipping pending. They provided a UPS shipping tracking number but it says it's invalid. There's no phone number to contact them. I've sent them several emails with no response.
