No reply to 5 emails so far- no number to get to a human and no confirmation email for purchases and no way to track my order

There's no such thing as customer service. Spend your money elsewhere

We lost our first tag (broke off) and it was very easy (emails) to communicate with ByteTag and get a replacement. The silicone tags are sturdier so if your pet is active outdoors, I'd suggest it.
The free replacement and free shipping was appreciated.
