I ordered a ring January 29th today is March 4th and I have not received it still. I am moving this weekend I have sent multiple messages and they just keep sending me the tracking number and say it still be 1-4 days. After the 4 days I send asking again and I got same response. Told me to contact my post office and they won't help. I check the tracking everyday and it says it's been in New York for over a week. Worst customer service. Now since I paid with PayPal I have to get them to step in to get a refund.

Bygoods Third to cancel order and was advised order had already shipped(12/17/15). According to tracking info order was being prepared for shipping on12/22/15. When I inquired about this I never received a response. They did offer 3 options prior to this but insisting that it wasn't their fault.If you're looking for hassle free online shopping don't do business with bygoods!
Ich habe eine Tasche bestellt und bezahlt und es passiert seit 3 Wochen nichts. Das Schlimme ist man weiß nicht an wen man sich wenden soll, wer hat eigentlich das Geld erhalten. Da habe ich evtl. Lehrgeld bezahlt in Zukunft nur noch Geld zu überweisen wenn man an eine bekannte Firma in Deutschland bezahlt. Was hat eigentlich Amazon damit zu tun? Bygood ist kriminell, ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass die mit solchen Leuten gemeinsame Sache machen.
