I ordered a custom tailored dress for my uncles wedding as I've had no luck with my size on other websites however millybridal not only double checked my measurements beforehand and my dress arrived quickly and looked exactly like the picture and fit perfectly. I also got multiple updates on shipping and delivery which I really appreciated. So so happy!
I recently ordered a bridal dress. The shipping was on time. However the product is so poorly done, very untidy. The quality of the material is very cheap. The stitching and cutting is so bad, i never expected it to be this bad.
Please do not get fooled with the prices, I would strongly recommend not to order any dresses from this dealer. Once they get their money. They do not care about anything. They bluntly replied that they would not refund and did not bother to respond after that.
After searching the internet for my dream wedding dress I found exactly what I was looking for. The price seemed ridiculously cheap, but the quality is superb and beautifully made... even better than the pictures, I would recommend this company to anybody.

The gown i ordered is exactly as it looks in the pics, it is beautiful! I ordered a UK size 10 and arrived super fast, the fabrics used make the dress feel very high quality although the purchase price was very low in comparison. If you are thinking about booking any item from this site, I would highly recommend it.
This company is a complete scam! My dress came and was hideous. Nothing like the pictures on the website. They swindled me completely and I wish I wouldn't have purchased here. Just got to David's bridal. They wouldn't refund me at all and are complete scam artists! The ship time was crazy long and they never even sent me confirmation of my purchase. The dress smelled horrible and one sleeve was shorter than the other. Completely repulsive!

I ordered my wedding dress on Feb. And received just a few days ago, the details are great! You can not imagine how they did that with less than 350 dollars! All wedding dresses I had tried in local bridal stores are far more expensive than this one, and their materials are same for me. However these terrible comments really shocked me. Although i can't necessarily say that their reviews are wrong or untruthful, but some of them might not even buy anything from the site!
Purchased a dress from this site, received two automated emails to say be patient is being made ages ago nothing since. I tried emailing them as no phone number email bounced back. Website is no longer and found they have a counterfeit claim for making replica gowns! DO NOT BUY!
I will forever love this dress! No one could believe what I paid for it! I got a size 4 and it fit like a glove, i could move in it freely. The length was long as i am petite but i fixed that myself the day of the wedding (super easy fix)! It was the perfect dress for backyard evening wedding! The dress is terrible. Too small and doesn't look at all like the picture. No refunds. Just out of money. Why have us send in measurements if you are just going to make it whatever size you want? Ridiculous...
The swatches arrived promptly and were very well packaged and they even contained a tape measure so that I could take my measurements for a good fit.The price is very reasonable, the staff is excellent. You don't always get the same person to chat with, but it doesn't matter; all of them are equally good.

These bad reviews really shocked me, because my wedding dress is great! I uploaded photos that I took so you guys can have a look at the real dress. The service is quite slow but I can always get my reply in 1-2 days, maybe they don't have enough people for online service? The budget for my wedding is limited and I'm very satisfied with the price and quality of this wedding dress. Hope they can improve their service and do not let those payment issues happen again.
Ladies, I was ripped off! Ordered a dress back in December with custom measurements. The dress is way too small and DOES NOT measure up! I took it to the tailor because I thought I was losing my mind and she confirmed the dress was made with incorrect measurements! Seller refuses to refund. I'll start a claim through PayPal. The dress looks nothing like the picture. It's fake and made poorly. In looking at all the previous reviews I noticed a trend. Look at the names of the reviewers and you'll notice how bogus they are. Wish I would've paid more attention. Shameful that they prey on brides on a budget! Run!
