The contact information is either outdated or wrong. This company does not return contact information. Installation information is a joke. The products are garbage and they don't warrant the product, as promised.

I ordered a set of 9006 300K lights for my 2002 dodge ram "fog lights" and nothing. I am filing with the local police in the home city for (BUYHIDKITS.COM) and with the FBI for internet fraud. The web site has yahoo.com ALL OVER IT as a yahoo store. I am also going to hold yahoo at fault as well, for they are the ones who took my money.

The website is good but the coustermer service is $#*! you call them to findout if they got your order and nothing. You write them leave name number and e mail and nothing i got robbed its been 9 days and nothing. Im despuiting the matter with the visa people now so be carfule they might get you too

I ordered my kit today and i keep calling the number they have and its noone answering at all and also they never sent me an email regarding this order tracking number nothing!

Wrong order was shipped and I can't get a hold of them to exchange. I called, emailed a few times over the past few months. Do Not Use them, it is not worth the few dollars you may save.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They do not stand by their product or warranty. I have been taken for a ride and have no recourse for a refund. Total waste of money.
They do not return phone calls or emails.
Save yourself the aggrivation... SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I ordered the hid kits and now they don't work. I tried everything calling email and nothing. There just stealing money from people.
