I purchased two baby monitors and the order got cancel as there was an error on the price. Every other competitor priced matched their sale price except for them.
My son and daughter-in-law registered for a baby shower at that store. I placed an order for a stroller and car seat twice. Each time order will go thru, and I will receive confirmation thru email. After two days each time I received an email that the order was canceled with the instructions to place an order again. Each time I called customer service and was told that there was something wrong with the system but now it is working and to place an order again. Each time I used a different credit card and the charge was posted to both accounts. After the second cancellation, and several requests to remove charges from my accounts I give up. I ordered the same stroller and car seat from Amazon. Items from Amazon were delivered to my house in two days. I do not recommend this store, and if I can I will give it 0 stars. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I place an $800 order 2 hours later I received a email that my order was canceled. Called and they tell me they couldn't confirm my info and canceled the order. Refused to process the order and now I have to wait 8-10 days for the money to show back in my account so I can place an order somewhere else.
Ordered for a baby shower that was April 2nd and gift was said to arrive March 31st. Did not happen. Delivery got pushed back to April 4th. Still didn't happen. And I still don't have it. Needless to say I went to the baby shower without a gift! Not happy!
I made a purchase because a friend had her baby registry there. I am now constantly spammed by buybuybaby.com. I carefully made sure during my purchase that I unclicked the "subscribe me" box, have unsubscribed, and have written to ask to be removed. Still getting spammed. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere if possible.
I ordered a gift for my nephew a week ago (one standard item) and the order still says processing. I get on chat which is clearly outsourced to India and they tell me "it should show up between the 10th and the 15th"- today is the 11th? How is the 10th even in the question so I ask for tracking... The reply- I can cancel and send you replacement... WTF? Then she ends the chat. So I get on a new chat- wait 20 minutes for a live person who tells me they apologize but it isn't cancelled and that I should just wait.
I'm sorry, wait for what? The order is "processing"- this isn't a custom item- it's a basic toy... save yourself the trouble and order off of Amazon instead.
My son and his girlfriend picked out a stroller/ carseat system that they wanted. The site says that if you give them your email address, they will send you a coupon for 20% off. The coupon is actually for Bed Bath and Beyond, and not everything available at buybuyBaby is available through Bed Bath and Beyond. The first stroller they chose was only available at Target, where the coupon is no good and the stroller was not available within 100 miles. The second one they chose, was not available through Bed Bath and Beyond, so the coupon could not be used. I question their corporate integrity.
Me: I have no idea why there would be a problem, I order from several other sites this month and never had such a thing. I wish someone had conntaced me to let me know and try to solve it! Instead, I sent you two emails and recieved a rediculous automatic message thank you.

I went to the Buybuy Baby Woodbridge location and was treated so disrespectful. The cashier was on the phone throughout the transaction and was aggressive when my card would not tap. When I mentioned he didn't ned to be rude, he continued to become argumentative and delayed my exit by arguing instead of completing my transaction so that I could leave. In his angry state he dropped my daughter soother pack, cracking the package which I had to wait further for another repackage. Any time of year this behaviour is uncalled for but especially before the Christmas holiday. The store had no customers and all he had was time to provide customer service and all he did was display aggression. Aweful experience!

I want to send a very specific praise to the Houston, TX. Store, number 3091. I was in a panic to get an Uppa Baby car seat. We already had a stroller, needed the car seat, and our baby was due on the 16th. Other stores near us were not much help and gave me no hope of getting a car seat before his birth. I wasn't going to stress, but as a new mommy the stress started setting in... I called the Houston store and the nicest representative saved the day, Jose Romero. He was so helpful, very calm with this mommy, and wonderful! He was able to track down a car seat and sent it to me right away. I received a personal email of receipt from Jose and the car seat came in two business days! What a relief as our baby made his appearance the following day, two weeks early! Thank you Houston store and thank you Jose!
HORRIBLE customer service and such a pain in the a**. Ordered a blanket and swaddle set only to be told after purchasing the swaddles were cancelled and wouldn't be in the shipment 4 days later. I found the swaddles and blanket on the manufacturers site cheaper, and requested a price match, only to be told the next day they would not honor the price match because it was sold out on the manufacturers site... the next day was Black Friday so shocker it was sold out captain genius? I had taken a photo of the item in stock on line from the day I requested the price match so still waiting to see if they decide to honor it or not. Overall horrible experience and needed to vent online. NEVER shopping with them again all over a $10 price match and some awful customer service representatives.
I'd rather pay more money at another store for good service and an easier experience.
Don't Buy here! I bought a Kingsley nursery for our baby. When I assembled the crib and dresser, I placed them in my room. That night I felt dizzy and light headed, and the next daytime felt a massive head ache. It took us a while to figure out it was the new furniture that was causing us all those symptoms and decided to move it out of our room. Yet, even in another room, the furniture off gas was causing me to feel so bad ( I was with my head in the toilet throwing up). So we ended up putting the furniture out of our house and in our garage. So far it's been about a week since we bought it, the store itself denied to take any responsibility (their argument is "we didn't make it"). And so we're stuck with this furniture for the time being. I tried going to the garage for a while thinking it might just be a matter of airing it out, but the head aches and nausea returned. I will not buy a single item from this store ever. The fact that they could hurt a baby by selling furniture that affects adults so much is demonic.
I purchased two items from here for my friends baby shower, I paid extra for express shipping AND for gift wrap and i just got ONE out of two items and it was not gift wrapped and the actual box that the WubbaNub came in is all damaged and cracked open! What a joke! And the infant swing that I paid over $100 for didn't even come yet like it was supposed to with the WubbaNub! I'm beyond annoyed and disgusted with this crappy service I will NEVER be ordering from them again, I'll be taking my business elsewhere who can actually comprehend my wishes.

I ordered about 5 or 6 items and they let me down only once due to poor delivery service. It was tricky to contact them (try online chat) but, eventually, they tried their best to satisfy us.
I ordered the Dream on Me Zazu Infant Cradling Swing in Grey/Pink. I received the package but the only thing that was received was the hood of the swing, no swing, no remote, no covers, no toys that needed to be attached all I received was a hood that looks as if it goes to a car seat. Called the online customer service which I had to wait damn near 2hours to speak with someone and when I did she was polite but she did not send, e my confirmation email telling me that my order will be reprocessed for free. I will never buy from them again
It will take about 11 days from the day of shipping to arrive they say--who knows, the date keeps changing. You might think twice about anything shipped through Newgistics.
I've spent at least 5 hours on the phone, numerous emails and hours with customer service chat online and still haven't had the crib I ordered over a month ago delivered to my house. I was texted once saying it would be delivered that day between 1-5 and they never called or showed up. I've called the delivery company 3x as well to no avail. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS TO BE DELIVERED FROM HERE!
