From start to finish this was a very easy process. It was easy to send my phone to them with the mailing box provided by them. Instructions were so easy I was amazed. They sent the check just as they said they would. They answered the few questions I had to my satisfaction. I will do this again when I have a device I want to sell.

I have sold them many devices. One time they scratched my ipad and the last time they told me my iphone had a very small scratch. I take pictures of all my devices before I send them back. The ipad they did in-fact put the scratch the iphone the picture of the scratch and my picture I had are not even close. I suspect this is unscrupulous new business practice of theirs. (note the iphone had a case and screen protector since day one and the original box, charging cable and ear buds. All never used)

It was easy to sell my phone. They sent the box to mail it in, and replied very quickly that they had received it and paid the money! Would definitely use again!

These people will give you a quote on line of a high price than when they get your phones. They will email you and low ball you on the quote and tell you your phones are stolen or they are locked I sent them 2 phones in excellent condition, one phone was only used for 2 months they offered me 400.00 less when they received the phones so all together they offered me 630.00 less than what they quoted me on line so don't believe them one would better offer sell them on street corner some where than to them they fraudulent scammers. They need to be shut down!

Good price for phone easy shipping. They gave me the best price that I compared with several other sites. Shipping to them was easy. The check took a couple weeks to get to me but when I received it it was for exactly what they had quoted me.

My experience was seemless. They emailed a label, I packaged my items, sent them. They notified me they received them and then the money was in my paypal account. PayPal is the method I chose, but they give other options. Will definitely go this route again once i'm done with my current devices. By the way, they offered the most money.

I got the quote online in just a few minutes, if even. I was notified during the whole process. I was a little uneasy about using the e-check. So I said the heck with it, and I picked that option to get my money. I was notified of the amount, and within, I think, 24 hours, I had the email to print the check. Had no problems depositing the check. The whole process was easy.

I was originally offered $26, but after receiving the phone Buy Back reduced the offer to 16$. I said I reluctantly agreed but felt the phone was still in very good condition. Upon reviewing they agreed to the 26$ offer.

I sent in my 2012 MacBook because my battery was Old and I took it out then sent in my laptop to get some money back they said they found multiple other problems which I know that my laptop did not have it was working perfectly fine. I know the only thing that wasn't fine was the battery which was blocking me from being able to click the mouse pad. Other than that it had a few small scratches and tiny dents. But, once the battery was removed I was able to use my mouse pad. They only gave me 24 hours to check my email after they received my laptop to get it sent back. They basically sees my laptop and gave me zero dollars in return I'm very upset.

I have used buybacktronics before with success. But payment system unreliable to say the least and customer response dismal. It is 21 days now since starting the process and no payment received (no it was not stolen in the mail). I sold an expensive camera to KEH and received payment the DAY AFTER it was via by Paypal. Sending a check by mail for payment is already a bad idea. Selling an electronic item in this way means you either bought a new one and need the money, or just need the money. I will avoid like the plague in the future.
