DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE! They will not help you to get your order or send you a new one if it gets lost in shipping! Terrible customer service too. "Bella" just keeps telling me I'll have my order in 7-10 business days. I ordered my product at the end of April and it's now July 13th. Now my only option to get my money back is to dispute the charge on my credit card. SO FRUSTRATING! DO NOT ORDER FROM BUY-BACKDROP.com!
The Las Vegas night scene backdrop arrived as promised. I left a message saying I needed it for my party on the 10th. The quality is impeccable, I like this material! Transportation and services are good. I praise this supplier!
WOW! This background is amazing! We advised the seller to insert the words "happy 40th birthday Melissa" on the backdrop, I love it! The Eiffel Tower and Paris city on the backdrop are very clear, very real! The flooring part is not long enough. Maybe we need to buy a larger size.

Thank you very much, I received this Seaside Beach backdrop on time. I required the seller to print vertical images for me. The coconut trees are less on both sides, the overall beach and coconut trees are not distorted, the sunlight is natural, there is no stretch. I ordered a back drop, clips and a stand from their website and it was broken. It created 3 orders for my one order. My credit card didn't authorized the third one so it was charged for the other 2 orders. Reaching them took several days for a response and the credit was not issued right away. The web site orders that were incorrect is still there... they didn't bother removing or correcting it.
I ordered on March 27th. It took 1 month for them to send me a tracking # which tells me is when they actually shipped the order. It was only provided because I kept asking for a it. Website says it would arrived in 3 weeks not shipped in 3 weeks. I only received my order now and it is incomplete!
Response time is inconsistent. I only got a response with 24 hours when I informed them that I have a dispute filed with my credit card company. I filed it before I received the package. Before that it was silence, I sent an email to them June 12th but never got response until I told them about the dispute.
Now I'm trying to get a credit for the missing item. I am hoping it will be issued soon.
Stay away from this company, save yourself the trouble and frustration.

I received my custom vinyl background, which is actually 8 meters in height and 2.4 meters in width as I requested, with no difference in size, the original image is with a floor part, and I requested that it be removed, the brick wall is very real, the color is very beautiful! I chose the standard transportation, the package arrived at my city Chicago in time, I must give a good comment!

I saw a lot of opposite criticisms before I purchased them. When I received my order for five different backdrops, they were so good, clean, clear, size error-free, no fade, no smell! Most notably, I placed the order on the 23rd, and on the morning of the 24th I received a notification email from this company with a tracking number. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the order was made and shipped! I have to recommend this store.

I also bought a couple of 10 by 20 ft polyester backdrops and a stand. At first I was worried that the polyester is heavy and the stand might not be able to bear the weight. I purchased two 6' x 6' vinyl backdrps. The first one I received was as shown on their website. The second one was in error, not what I ordered.
I communicated with Bella about the issue. Her email responses were quick. I received a credit for one of the vinyl backdrops.
I recommend the following:
Make sure you get a tracking number for the shipping. Use "PayPal" for payment to ensure responsible agreement if an error should occur. Be patient about shipments from China during Covid-19.
Overall the proccess with this company was good and Bella was responsive with her emails.

I bought 3 backdrops for my buisness. It was purchased on the 14th of April. They stated it had been shipped the next day. It then took a MONTH to get the shipping information. When I recieved them they are horribly pixalated the white wooden background has a green Hue! It is horrible. Terrible customer service who stated there was nothing wrong with them!.
If you need decor living room or cut out white background photo for video, I agree with the backdrops in this store. The price and material are fine.
