My stand for the collapsible backdrop is missing a crucial piece. Without it, there is no way for it to hold a backdrop. When I emailed the company saying this, they sent instructions on how to use the stand. The instructions mainly showed a smaller piece that attaches to the main tripod via (what I'm missing) a screw cap that has a thinner metal piece underneath. I told them I do not have that. They told me to extend the stand and I did, and I sent a video showing that even when the stand is extended, that piece doesn't appear. I have extended and opened the stand many times as they have told me to do, because I would love to be wrong and for it to work - but it is just completely missing the piece they showed in the instructions. The latest email they sent is now re-writing their story implying that it's an "accessory" that doesn't come with the stand? Except how the stand does not function at all without it? And in the photos they originally sent, it is supposed to be attached to the top of stand itself. I have two pieces with no way to connect with one another, without that piece they showed in the instructions. I have sent multiple photos and videos showing how the stand does not look like the one in the instructions (because of the missing piece) but they are refusing to acknowledge that it is defective to avoid giving me a refund.
Ordered backdrop & according to their advertising delivery 9-12 days. They take 5 days before they even ship, which is not included in the 9-12 days. Read fine print on refunds, they do not offer refunds. I learned the hard way DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA! PAY-PAL NO HELP EITHER!

I purchased a baby backdrop and baby outfit on 04/05/19 for a baby shower on 04/20/19. When I placed the order the site stated it would be delivered by 04/19/19. I proceeded. By 04/17/19 I emailed the sales email and they responded they weren't in the office and would get back to me. On Friday they got back and said my product would be delivered on 04/24/19. I tracked the package, they did NOTHING until I emailed on 04/17/19. I am refusing delivery and requested a refund. By the look of other reviews I may not get it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! GARBAGE!

WOW, THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. MY ITEMS ARRIVED IN TERRIBLE CONDITION, AND HALF OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT IN THE BOX. BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT. WHEN I CONTACTED BELLA FOR A REFUND, IWAS TOLD I WAS LYING AND THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT IT. TOTAL SCAM! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

I received 4 backdrops in 7 total days. They were exactly what I requested and the quality was in line with the cost. I took a chance and am extremely satisfied.
Horrible delivery time. They said it was because troubles they had with one kind of material, if they would have contacted us, we could have changed it to make it easier.
Order never arrived. Emailed them and they said they would "expedite it". It's been weeks and still nothing and the line has gone dead.
I placed an order for one backdrop on March 5th, the website days to expect 9-12 business to receive the order. We are now April 28th and still no order. Shipping tracking stalled on March 18th. I have been communicating with customer service, she said she would refund shipping, which HAS NOT BEEN DONE, and to keep waiting. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, I receive no response at all. My order is stuck somewhere in China, I have no backdrop and now zero communication with customer service. This ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. SCAM COMPANY.
I've read so many HORRIBLE reviews about this company after i ordered one backdrop 2 weeks ago. I just received my backdrop yesterday. I was so EXCITED! It was so BEAUTIFUL! I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER MORE!
