The green backdrop is very good, and the price is cheap, with no pungent smell. It's easy to make videos when I hang this backdrop. I got many good reviews after I uploaded a video on YouTube.

Don't buy from this company! I am writing about the above order. I was on a business trip and realize they charged me for two orders snd I had not received my 6 backdrops yet. But I can say their customer service was great as soon as I let them know they refunded me for one order.
But when I returned home from my business trip, I open the box took them out and put them in my carry-on bag. I don't know why I didn't look at them, I guess I was in a rush because I had to go again, I had illness in my family. But I just looked at these backdrops and these are the worst backdrops I ever seen in my life! There are two that I may can salvage. The rest of them are light-colored, doesn't look realistic the color is faded. They were 21 days late for delivery, but still has a 14 day return policy But I did just open them and they're terrible! I just wanted everyone to know that I would never recommend this company to any of my co-workers, colleagues or friends! I can't believe how terrible some of these backdrops are! So thank them for wasting my time and money!

We ordered 5 backdrops from this company on 2/20/20. Their website states vinyl backdrops need 24 hours and shipping takes 15-20 days. We tried to contact the company twice through the chat feature after a week had passed and we had still not received a shipping confirmation. We received no response. We then sent a direct email and stated we needed to cancel if they were not shipped immediately. They stated they would ship before 3/3/20. Our order finally arrived the first week in April. We contacted the company because our whole order was not there. It took several attempts to find out where our order was. On May 3rd we were finally given another tracking number. The order was supposedly shipped 3/19/20 and hasn't moved since 3/21/20. We did not receive notice the whole order was not shipping at once. We did not receive a tracking for the other part of the order until we repeatedly demanded to know what was going on. We have repeatedly asked for a refund or to reship the items as they are obviously lost and all they say is " Your tracking # is..." The customer service is horrible. I will never purchase from this company again. You are better off buying from Amazon where they actually care about their customers.

I ordered a back drop, clips and a stand from their website and it was broken. It created 3 orders for my one order. My credit card didn't authorized the third one so it was charged for the other 2 orders. Reaching them took several days for a response and the credit was not issued right away. The web site orders that were incorrect is still there... they didn't bother removing or correcting it.
I ordered on March 27th. It took 1 month for them to send me a tracking # which tells me is when they actually shipped the order. It was only provided because I kept asking for a it. Website says it would arrived in 3 weeks not shipped in 3 weeks. I only received my order now and it is incomplete!
Response time is inconsistent. I only got a response with 24 hours when I informed them that I have a dispute filed with my credit card company. I filed it before I received the package. Before that it was silence, I sent an email to them June 12th but never got response until I told them about the dispute.
Now I'm trying to get a credit for the missing item. I am hoping it will be issued soon.
Stay away from this company, save yourself the trouble and frustration.
After my experience, I think any positive reviews posted for this company is fake.

I ordered September 12th, it reflected ready to ship September 15th. It's now October 16th and I have received nothing. They won't credit back my card although their site says they will if you cancel. I emailed to cancel and give me my money back and they told me I should get the backdrops bumping December. AWFUL SERVICE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Purchase elsewhere.
After submitting the review below (ONE STAR), the site owners contacted me to negotiate a settlement, so I would edit/remove this review, which is a step in the right direction. They committed to updating their site with more reasonable delivery timeframes, to set better expectations for prospects/buyers. Additionally, they have refunded me $50USD, which doesn't cover my loss, but... at least it's something. I have edited this up to three stars, due to this remedy. If considering, be sure to allow PLENTY of time for delivery before your project begins...

Backdrops arrived a week after the latest projected delivery date. For us, this meant too late to use - we had a specific project and timeline. Seller offered no meaningful remedy (Refund shipping only or return the merchandise (at our expense) for refund -- Return shipping is $70, minimal). Seller claimed no responsibility for website misinformation on shipping/delivery timeframes. Seller's emails were returned undeliverable. BAD SITUATION ALL AROUND. Only communication was through PayPal.
I cannot say anything about QUALITY, as they arrived TOO LATE to use. Package still unopened.
Regretting the transaction.
