Awesome platform to save on shipping fees with an excellent customer service! Quick to answer questions, they even record a video to explain it in details.
We have always gad great service, however the pricing was a bit high so we looked into click ship and founs some better rates.

From the start with Accounts Manager Tania setting up our Buster Fetcher account and then forwarded on to Customer support with Alexandre, it is my pleasure to say that I am 100% satisfied with the experience.
I must say that I was a bit hesitant to come on board with this program but now I can honestly say that I highly recommend it to anyone that is approached by this lovely team!

Great company to work with. Always get invoices on time every week. Process is transparent. We get good amount of refund from Canada Post claims.

Buster Fetcher me permet de récupérer sur les expéditions qui arrive en $#*! sans que je fasse quoi que ce soit. Ce processus est difficile à suivre lorsque notre volume de commande est très élevé, ils font donc tout le travail pour moi. Le personnel est également très sympathique.

Nous apprécions recevoir les crédits obtenus en même temps que votre facture. Il n'y a jamais de contestation de la part de Purolator ni de Postes Canada quant aux crédits obtenus, ils les appliquent eux-mêmes au solde dû. C'est un service vraiment fantastique!
