Burromax

I've only gotten one item from this website and I'm currently waiting on something on backorder but it's great so far.

After assembly and charging of brand new tt1600r, I went to check tire air pressure and found that the rear wheel assembly was backwards. The air valve is directly positioned to chain sprocket. This makes the air valve impossible to use. I will have to disemmble the rear tire from the bike and take off the chain sprocket from wheel to use air valve to inflate the tire. Useless, this is unacceptable.
Now what?!?
I have two choices.
I can disemmble the brand new rear end and possibly void my warranty on the bike to fix the mistake or send it back due to defective assembly. Either way, I am looking at 2 hours of uninvited labor.

Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She loved it as it ran great and had wonderful range. However, the fun was short lived. Less than a year later, it started making a grinding noise from the chain/sprocket area. Tried adjusting the chain which didn't help. Also the spring on the kickstand broke so it doesn't stay retracted, so we had to remove it all together. Great design, poor durability and quality.

Bike came with a chiseled out piece where handle bar lower bracket was/ had to retread the hole as it was crushed/ other than that bike runs great/delivery was prompt/ maybe better quality checks before item gets shipped

It's always great dealing with Burromax, met them many year's ago at a car show. Easy people to talk to and great to deal with, have ordered many times from them ( brakes, tires, chain and sprockets). If there busy leave a message and they call right back.

We had a problem with our mine pit bike a couple of days after we got it! Well this Company did an amazing job off answering their phones and text whenever I need a new part and they even sent it off the same day when I called them. They were very kind and patient when I was describing what was wrong with it! The part they sent us fix came in two days and fixed the bike!

My disappointed kid is the worst part of this experience. I am disappointed bc i can't reach anyone to trouble shoot or to use warrantee.

At the very least i want to recycle the parts of this lemon. I am out $350 and got no help and no response.

We've ordered replacement tires and other parts in the past and never had issues with shipping or anything. Everything is great quality and we will recommend to anyone that asks!

Was looking for a electric bike for my son to ride around the neighborhood. Stumbled across these. Way better built than a Walmart one. Plus parts are readily available. Only problem we've had is the rear brake on our TT350 goes out of adjustment a lot. Great other wise.

I'm very happy with the bike. I haven't seen any negative reviews or videos for this brand. They just need to make another model that is a little bigger.

Had no issues purchasing my bike as well as they're being multiple options to choose from to cater someone's interest whether they want to go fast, go slow or just ride for a while they got everything

Talked to a Burromax rep. On the phone today. Great customer service! I purchased a new 1600 for my son last week, and unfortunately this morning the bike fell on our driveway and the brake lever snapped the left grip got damaged.

Like how I got a call back from somebody today without even leaving the message that sound like the owner possibly maybe I don't know

This thing is awesome! So happy this is the route I went after doing some research. I bought this for my 4 yr old for his birthday. He can't get enough of it. He gets a huge smile on his face each time he rides and it's perfect for him to really learn on. His feet are just shy of the ground right now, but I've got the training wheels on until he's tall enough.

The bike has enough power to still move right along with both of us (~200lbs) on it in the high setting. The banana seat is perfect for me to tag along on his adventures. It seems very quality made and the suspension makes it a comfortable ride.

I'm gonna need a bigger one for myself soon I'm thinking. Would recommend to anyone seeking a good laugh and fun little toy for their kids. You can't beat it for the price.
