My son absolutely loves this bike! It handles great with enough power to do anything we throw at it. Looking to purchase one for myself as well. Received in a very timely manner came with a 3/4 charged battery as no one I think would wanna wait to at least try it out once it shows up ;) Thanks for this amazing bike!

I got the part and the part works great but my chain keeps falling off of the sprocket

I am waiting on Burromax's team to call me back, as my bike was shipped without the necessary bolt for the rear shock. Note that you will need some type of bike stand/motor mount to get the bike hanging off of the ground in order to assemble it. Plan for a couple hours of assembly time.

100 percent satisfied. Daughter loves it. Super long range, fast, and excellent customer service. Bike is still growing strong. Also makes for a great "ride down to the neighbors" when I don't feel like walking. Plenty powerful for an adult.

Really fast customer service and I really enjoy the discrete packaging when delivered to the front door. My son had no idea what showed up after Thanksgiving and then on Christmas he was completely shocked.

Friends kid ran into our privacy fence and busted the upper & lower fork clamps. Quick search on the website lead me to the parts I needed, ordered them and got them swapped out within 30 minutes. Daughters back to ripping up the street with her brother

I purchased the bikes for my kids a few years ago and didn't use much now that they started actually riding them had a motor go out a speed control and one of the chargers stopped working. The other is still in good working order.

I have owned two of their bikes now. They are true motorcycles and built like tanks compared to some other small "toy" motorcycles. Burromax has great customer service and the bikes are well designed and well engineered. O look forward to seeing even more models and refinements over the years. The seem to be taking a slow and steady, iterative growth path, but I could totally see them making a full size electric motorcycle some day.

It is a safer alternative to gas-powered bikes. Be careful when unloading that key is out and the hand does not go on the throttle. Besides that, we enjoy our mini bike. Lent it to a fellow racer and he wrecked so he bought it. I am a normal-sized (under 135 lb) woman and I was able to ride with ease. Hopefully, I get a replacement and/or upgrade this year.

Very easy-to-use. The grandkids love them.
The 250 motor gets hot very fast with 60lb 9 year old. Do not take on even the slightest hill. The 350 is awesome our 9 & 13 year old grandsons love this one. Might start looking for a bigger one for me.
