I think such form of banks is where future at. I don't remember when I visited the branch last time, and just for what purpose. Everything is online now and you don't need no offline contact with a bank. That saves so much time and energy (just remember the lines at the bank's officies). That is why I appreciate this company for such a useful service.
It took about a half of year for me to finally provide you with an outlook of this bank.
Initially, I hesitated to open an account even though today, in the era of high technologies, digital bank doesn't seem to be something extraordinary. I mean the concept.
Nevertheless, I was afraid of the security, but after I made up my mind and opened an account I understood that those methods provided by bunq to protect my money are even excessive. Insurance coverage, cutting-edge encryption technologies and others are liable for this. They do it well.
I couldn't decided which plan to choose, cuz they are so different, but at the same time, payment per month extremely vary too. It more a minus for me, as I wanted to get everything for cheap. There's no such thing as a free lunch, and I was convinced of it. Picked Easy money and got almost the whole functionality.
Overall, the company have a very big potential for development. The verdict...
It seems like Bunq is constantly updating its services by adding more functionality.
For example when I opened an account here there were no Cashbalc options or Multi-currency savings.
It was already a decent online bank back then that covered almost all my needs in this sphere. But with this striving for developments it will be the number one bank at least in the EU.
But to be able to reach this they also need to make client support more accessible. I don't have any complaints about the informativeness of it, but live chat with the support would be great. All in all I am glad that I decided to transfer all my activities to the online bank at one point. Bunq didn't disappoint.
It is true big banks are not pay too much attention to the mobile apps, because mine always lagged and downloads information too slow.
That is why I decided to change my bank and my friends reccomended me to use bunq. It turned out to be nice and handy one! It is perfectly optimized for smartphones and it is very comfortable to use it. No lags, pauses or delays. Just a proper information of your transactions and account details.
Bunq made that so easy to use, their app is just incredible, very sufficient and easy to use. Also it's hard not to mention interest rates and a variety of accounts that you can manage as you want. There is just a new term for that, it's called Neobank, write it down, we are going to use it a lot in the near future!
I like the fact that they provide extra security, and the fact that they give that to the top tier account is not a big problem. Afterall, they are already covering the funds with insurance. Additional protection is an option and there may be expenses to be covered for that. Anyway, the existence of the option is also not bad.
First of all, I gotta say that I feel very good about the decision I have made in favor of registration on bunq
I really like a lot of their features, their smart application saves me a lot of time, adds mobility to my life and makes me feel very secure and safe about my money.
Their cards are really nice, I love my metal card and my account, although I think it is a bit expensive, but that is not the main point here.
I also think their service could be a little bit better, I sometimes have to wait quite a lot to get a satisfactory answer to my questions from the customer support department.
But anyway, all things considered, everything works the way it should be, I love using the app and maiking my payments through the money there to be able to monitor it, share it, and pay it jointly.
The features for joint and familial usage could be bolstered and increased in the future. I think they have the capacity to do that.
One of the reasons why I decided to open up accounts on bunq was freedom. Not having to pop off to the bank when I need to get something done, but still be able to get my things done like withdrawing physical cash or being able to stick up my card in the ATM if I am on the street. Bunq gave me this ability and flexibility.
There are certain elements to bunq where you get a lot of enjoyment out of it, but there are certain elements to it that you feel like they could does bit better.
For example, when it come to things like gettings analytics and projections based on your spendings and cash flow data is very helpful, on the other hand do, I feel like they could lower the fees for subscriptions for some of the accounts.
Furthermore, some of the features are exclusive to the top tier account, like the purchase protection and green teams. I mean, I want to help the environment and invite a friend aboard but thats only for easy green accounts
I have tried to open an account and for some reason it didn't work out. I then asked to delete all my data (according to GDPR).
Until this point I was polite.
A few weeks later I got a reminder that it was not possible for them to deduct the fee.
What fee?! I requested to delete my data and never be contacted again.
Again, now demanding, asked to delete my account including data according to GDPR regulations.
So today, September 18th, 2022, I received a survey where the only 2 questions were about if I was aware that they couldn't deduct my fee!
Again! What fee!? I never had an account as every time I tried my ID was denied, and therefore I requested to delete my account. Including my data.
Don't use them. Even when the onboarding fails they want to get your money. The GDPR rules aren't being followed and that should say everything!
I was of two minds about whether I should go with the Easy Green or the Easy Money account. Glad I just choose the Easy Green one. The other is also good, but I just have access to all the features that the bank offers so I don't have to wonder what I could have done with it, and frankly, I use almost all the features with ease!
Somebody really thinks that this bank is quite expensive. But if you consider the amount of various services, then it won't be so surprising.
The quality of those services is good too.
It's easy to pay with iDeal and also I can use it both on the phone and on the web. Convenient and quite unlike other online banks that I have used before.

The card is really nice with rainbow colour, also it's really not hard to use the app. Very easy UI, so I think they did a good job there.

Hence, advise you to think on Easy money or easy green plan, as far as I know they have the maximum possible number of local IBANs.

Answer: No, man, for God's sake! I have never had to use the insurance coverage provide by their regulating entity or how it is called, and I wish you the same. To be sincere, the bank are really interested in protecting customers' money and private data and it embedded a lot of modern protection measures, that is why I can say that it's even impossible to imagine that someone loses his money or someone has stolen this money from other clients. I bets it reacts quick to prevent such situations.
Answer: As far as I know you can use any ATM for withdrawal of money. The only thing that you have to pay attention to is the number of free withdrawals per month for your plan.

If you just want to experience feeling of possessing it, then order for sure. But, as I said, this option is available only for 3 plans out of 4. Savings isn't included.
