I ordered 240 solo cups for an upcoming event I'm organising and it looked like they were not going to arrive on time. I contacted Customer Care and received the most outstanding service from Lucy, who went out of her way to organise a special delivery of my cups ahead of the event. Bulk Buys is a fantastic online shopping platform! In comparison to other online stores, they offer significant discounts on products. The shipping rate is fair, and the product arrived on time. The prices were reasonable, and the website was simple to use. The product was exactly as described, well packaged, and of excellent quality. Would definitely buy from there again.

My order and confirmation shipment in early Feb never came. In late March I was informed I wouldn't be getting it and but then had to pay 5 x the amount for the product which if I had known wasn't coming I would have ordered elsewhere earlier. The product had run out. Reordered in faith that it would come this time. :)

Unfortunately, the ethanol shortage at the time meant we could no longer have it made at the same price and the large volume of orders coming through resulted in some customers missing out on the stock we had ready made and in house. In saying this, it is certainly not an experience we want for our customers and we've been working hard throughout 2020 to improve our processes to minimize the impact of adverse events such as this.

I ordered on 9th December 2021. I recieved a partial order on the 14 th December 2021.The courier assured me the other boxes were in transit and will arrive asap but its an extremely busy time. Which is completely understandable. I subsequently waited. So reaching out feb 2022 after stikes and shutdowns of post offices and courier services over that time i was met with reassurance of investigating the matter of the missing items. I reached out every month only to get no updates and that they will 'ask the courier and inventory" because customer service couldnt autherise anything. Here we are 16th May 2022 after the 4 different attempts at finding my items 6 months after the order and i have been refused a credit or refund because i submit a claim within 7 days of a non delivery even after showing screenshots of the items still saying the shipment is pending. The blaming of the couriers and the customer whilst keeping my money without providing the product/ credit or refund is all i need to never purchase from this company again.

We are sorry your items have taken a long time to reach you. As advised, we reached out to the courier when you contacted us 72 days after the first part of the order was delivered to investigate the delivery and were advised there were no indications the items were missing, damaged or misdelivered.
We have escalated this investigation for you as we do take your complaint seriously and want to assist you, however we are relying on the couriers to show that these items are outstanding as so far all indications from our warehouse and from the courier correspondence has been that the items were delivered. If they can provide us with evidence to the contrary, we will happily refund or replace these items for you. But until they can do this, due to the time that has passed and the information we currently have, we are unable to take further action.
I'm sorry there is not more we are able to do at this time. We will be in touch as the courier provides us with updates as we have explained to them the urgency of your case.
I found what I wanted cheaper than eBay and completed a transparent transaction in minutes using PayPal. Good stuff! My professional carpet cleaner recommended this - it's what he uses himself.
