1. The site was not working well to order and I was obliged to reiterate 3 times my command, then cancel one of them, etc...
2. The order was then messed up somewhere because I ordered 3 knives with different decoration patterns but Ireceived two of them which were the same...
3. The shipment (however free) took so long to come: about 3 weeks and I thought it will not be arrived by Christmas...
The knives are of better quality than I expected. Very well worth the price. Will be ordering more in the future and would recommend anybody to order something
