This is a company that I have dealt with for a number of years. They made it possible for me to get Frontline Plus for cats at a cost that was about half that of the veterinarian's office (cutting the price from over $15 per application to less than half of that!). Plus, they've offered outstanding customer service and great shipping times (even though the product can come from various countries around the world). I typically receive the product within 7-10 USPS shipping days from the day the order is placed.

They are an excellent, reputable company to deal with and I would not hesitate to deal with them for any item in the future. The few times I've needed to contact their customer service with any questions, I received an e-mail reply in less than about four hours and outstanding phone support the one time I did call. They were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and answered my question on the first contact which is something that many companies struggle to do.

They make taking excellent care of your pet possible at prices that just are not attainable sometimes here in the US. They are based in Canada and they have my complete trust. I would recommend this company to anyone needing pet products as a way of saving money and still getting great service!

I was always looking for a company that not only provided pet care supplies at affordable rates but also maintained quality. Having made close to dozen purchases from various online pet care stores it was really a nerve-wrecking experience and I thought there would be no respite but I was wrong. One of my best friends got Frontline Plus for his doggy from this company and told me to try it once. I was circumspect at the beginning because although the rates were very low I was concerned about the condition of the products received. I ordered from the online destination and believe me this store has one of the best checkout process that I have gone through. The amazing part is that the process got over in couple of minutes and I did not had to wait for the confirmation mail of the order as it was impromptu received in my email box.

The product received was of superlative quality and believe me I have never received products within a week's time on any other online store in USA. So I am very happy with the company and would want to make future purchases from this online shopping destination too.

I had stopped using the online shopping domain for getting products. But this company restored by belief in quality shopping. I found the online store very easy to browse and select the products. The tabs on the store were streamlined in a way that it made it easier for me to get the desired product. I was amazed with the swift checkout process which was very easy. After a very long time I saw an online store that had such brilliant checkout process. I received the products within 7 days and they were all wrapped up in great packaging. I did not find any fault with the products and the amazing part was that my furry pal recovered very quickly and so honestly speaking I was happy.

The prices of the products are matchless on this online store. I also get regular newsletter from these guys informing about the discounts running at the store. I believe that my pet care savings have increased by half since I have started using this company. I believe these guys are doing a fine job and would love to see every online company following their professionalism and great customer service!

I have dealt with this company for at least four years. I have had no issues whatsoever. Those with concerns about Frontline Combo (the UK version of Frontline Plus) should pay the additional amount and get it from them. They now offer both. However, Frontline Combo is the identical product as Frontline Plus and the difference is that Plus is sold in the US THROUGH VETS ONLY and Combo can be sold without a vet. There is no difference between the products and I would recommend it to anyone. The company now offers the option of purchasing either Frontline Combo (at a lower cost) or the US version of it, Frontline Plus (at slightly higher price).

The company's customer service, when I did have a question, was great. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

A fantabulous pet supplies site with surprisingly curtailed prices that did not hurt my pockets. I had one of my delivery misplaced which was replaced promptly by the customer service guys in no time! I am a shift worker and so had to call them at obnoxious hours, but pleasantly received a cheerful reply from the other end. The customer service is so helpful that they give you a call whenever you are not able to reach them or the phone gets disconnected. What more can I say about this wonderful company. A HIGHLY RELIABLE PET SUPPLIES BRAND IN USA!

I bought a six month supply of what was supposed to be Frontline from BudgetPetCare and it had no effect whatsoever. I used it for three months and by the end of that three months my poor cat and the entire house were infested with fleas.

BudgetPetCare was good on the price and I received delivery in a reasonable amount of time, but the Frontline they sent me wasn't really Frontline and didn't work at all.

What's really a concern about these crooks selling fake meds is that Frontline-type flea products are absorbed into the pet's bloodstream and they remain in their systems for a couple of weeks. These meds have the potential to seriously injure or kill pets. There are many reported cases of canine flea control products killing cats. As a cat owner I've seen warnings in multiple places about how bad it can be to put dog flea control drops on cats.

The point is, if BudgetPetCare is selling counterfeit meds, you never what you are going to get from them. I was lucky, I just got something that didn't work. Imagine how you'd feel if your loved one got sick or died just because you wanted to save a few bucks.

Do yourself a favor and avoid BudgetPetCare.

My tabby did not allow me to treat with topical solutions for fleas like frontline plus. I was very worried as the spring was hovering over and she has a thick coat. I am a regular customer of BudgetPetCare and it struck me that they also provide a free vet service. So there I was, querying about my little problem and asking about any alternative that my cat would readily allow me to apply. The vet answered me immediately and his answer really helped me. He suggested me to go either with Capstar or Program suspension teal. He explained it really well which helped me choose a suitable option for my tantrum thrower. I chose Program suspension teal as it was just a paste that I thought she would lick without any fuss. And, it worked! I really appreciate your service guys. Authentic products at the lowest price possible and timely deliveries that charges nothing! I don’t think any other site can match their standard. Thank you BudgetPetCare! It seems you really care for the pets and are not making your presence online only for dollars!

I bought 9 doses of frontline plus(59.23) Arrived in a different box than is advertised and box indicates FOR VET USE ONLY. Why would these idiots send customers that did not indicate they are a vet a product for VET USE ONLY? Answer = SCAMMERS. The advertisement has the USA box of FRontline Plus but the box they sent is certainly not the same box. I guess it's the UK Frontline Plus. Who charges $5 for a tracking? They know most of us wont pay the $5 for tracking so we won't immediately find out it is an out of the country purchase. It took 2 weeks to arrive but I didn't really care about that. I'm not sure the stuff even works after reading the reviews that they may be selling fake meds but I applied it to 1 of my dogs this morning. I will see. It certainly has less in this vial than the ones i buy at walmart. I probably need to use 2 for 1 dose. I'm glad I only spent $59. I will not be ordering again. Too risky. No telling what they will send. He hasn't had a tic try to land on him since I started these treatments back in June. I originally buy from walmart online but they were out of the 1 I needed. I do not recommend any company that will not send what they advertise.
