I ordered Frontline PLUS for Cats and got something called Frontline Combo for Cats, it took ages to get to me but when I called I was told they are in Canada so it takes time to get through customs... i still ended up going to wallmart and buying some to keep me going. They assure me the product is the same. It does say its made by merial and i checked the box i got from walmart the only difference really is the weights as where they send it from does it in kgs, to be honest though long as my cat sammie is flea and tick free im happy to use it..

First this place ships from Singapore or Salisbury UK. Lack of facts and transparency NOT found on their website or to call in. No proof ANY CONSUMER in USA receives their purchase within 14 days or 14 months!

I am desperate for cheap priced flea meds but must know it will not be BAD medicine that damages nervous system or kills my cat. I contacted ZOETIS in MN that makes REVOLUTION. They emailed me a 50% discount voucher to take to my vet. They recommended NEVER use a non prescription shop. But if you do. Verify it is Canadian or MEXICO. Zoetis has regional HQs in these countries. Sell direct to distributors. Canada and Mexico do not require RXs for flea meds. Zoetis gave me reason why USA does - too many pets were dying from off label OTCs. Americans were mis dosing. Not reading labels for guidance etc. so a dr must guide American pet owners.

I have loads of compliments for this company since they know the best for my pets. I am a big fan of their blogs and read every new blog that gets posted on their blog site. The information makes me a better pet owner and I believe that is the least that I can do for my little bundle of love. I like the synchronization with which these guys have represented the pet products. The categorization is wonderful and makes it very easy to select the products that you need. I found it too easy to select the products. Other thing is that they offer branded pet products that are too expensive to procure from other pet stores at a price which does not hurt my pocket by much. The beautiful aspect of that is now I can hoard the treatments that I presume are very important for my furry companion without thinking twice about the budget going overboard.

The products have never had any ill-effects on my pets and the great thing is that its effect is wonderful. I am extremely delighted to have found a company that loves my pets just like I do and believe that this wonderful aspect needs to be learned by other pet stores too.

I ordered two 6-month supplies (in different sizes for my dogs) of Nexgard flea and tick medicine for my dogs. The picture of the box on their website is the legitimate box, from Nexgard, in English.

What they sent me were counterfeit boxes from South Africa in what I'm guessing is Afrikaans, (not English) and both boxes were 3-month supply boxes they opened, shoved 3 more pills in, and taped shut.

I called them and they tried to tell me they reuse boxes and that's why it was open, but a quick google search of vet meds from foreign countries turned up multiple images of real vs counterfeit medicine boxes. When I asked them why I have counterfeit boxes, they kept trying to tell me it just looks different because that's how they get meds cheaper. I demanded a refund (which posted today). I am not giving my dogs fake meds which could either not work, or kill my dogs.

Do NOT order from this company! I included a screenshot of the box shown on their website versus the boxes I received. The last of text on the front is a clear sign of counterfeit medication.

I should have researched the reviews on Budget Pet Care before I ordered. I ordered Frontline Plus and received Frontline Combo. If I wanted Frontline Combo I would have ordered it from another state side cheaper company. And when you try to return the bait and switch product, they want you to pay for the return shipping and they also said that they will refund the entire amount LESS $5.Not to mention that within 3 days of my online transaction my credit card was duplicated and $4976. 23 in fraudulent charges were placed against my credit card. All the purchases were made in the Montreal Canada, in the vicinity of Budget Pet Care. NEVER AGAIN! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I always use this site for ordering front line and heartgard for my Chihuahua. Easy ordering, no delivery issues. I have referred them to others who were also happy.

My 3 months old furry pal was finding it quite difficult to adjust to the new environment when we moved to a new house. Due to the new environment and new people he was highly stressed and seeing him was a challenging thing for me. I consulted with my veterinarian and he suggested me to get DAP diffuser for him. I paid for the order and within 10 days received the product in wonderful condition. After applying this product my cute pal became anxiety free and since then I have been using it. Ben using this company now for some time and they are awesome. Need something in a hurry they got your back, need something with a good price, they got you covered..

We are a repeat customer of BudgetPetCare.com and have bought various products such as Frontline Plus, K9 Advantix and Advantage for our rescue home. Initially we placed small orders so that we could test them and now we place large orders.

We knew that the product may look different than USA as K9 Advantix is Advantix similarly some of the other products look different than what we were used to.

Since we care for rescued animals and we rely of donations and hence can not afford expensive products sold in the USA. The option to buy across the border was the only solution for us after the recent financial crunch.

We wrote to them and got better deal than prices on their site. They seem to be a large company delivering products to a very large customer base and were able to discount our orders further by 10%. We have placed over 6 orders in last 12 months. Though the orders are split as they are high value for insurance but timely delivered by USPS registered post. I appreciate their pricing as we are able to stretch our budget and care for more rescued animals.

No other online store offers the prices they have, don't write them off just as yet as we have developed confidence and like to share the difference they have made to our rescue home.

I ordered form them in the past without any problems. The last time - in September I ordered the Frontline Plus for cats and received the Frontline Combo. Within 24 hours of administration one cat started having seizures, one cat died from seizures, and a third cat started loosing all of his fur. It has been a little over thirty days since the applications. The cats are all seriously infested with fleas, my vet advised against doing anything for a minimum of 30 days from the initial application. The cat with sudden, uncontrollable seizures has for the most part stopped having the, but still suffers from neurological issues and sever cramps. The other survivor has lost 50-60% of his fur and looks like death.

One week before the administration of the "Frontline Combo" I had prepared the house by spraying the entire house, section-by-section with a combination of Permethrin SFR and an Insect Growth Regulator IGR with Nylar.

I suspect the "Frontline Combo" was a fake product. It did not work and almost killed off all of out pets. The remaining two are in really tough shape, they survived - but they are not stronger.
