I ordered wool beanie hats about six weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised how nice they were. Now I am doing the gloves. I pack lunches, granola bars, etc., for the homeless and give them a hat and gloves along with food!
The gloves were nice quality just too small for a man's hand. So, actually nothing wrong with the product but it could be a little larger.
