The size description I thought I was buying 11-12m size of pearl was incorrect, they are smaller than the ones I wear every day, I wanted bigger.

The bracelet was flimsily made which was made evident when it arrived broken.
The poor way the bracelet was packed was also a major contributor to state in which it arrived. It had just been stuffed in a post pack bubble wrap bag rather then in a box.

I ordered a pendant online on Thursday 15th December. As it was only for me and not a Christmas present, I opted for regular delivery. I received an email to say they had upgraded the post to express delivery, and the parcel was delivered to me in Melbourne on Monday 19th December. Extra special service. I don't know a lot about pearls, but the pearls on my black string bracelet had lots of scratches. The matching necklace was fine though. I didnt make a fuss because it was cheap and not sure how pearls should be. Also the instructions said measure your wrist and add 1cm, but its quite tight. It was to be a gift, but I won't give it away now.

I found it very easy to order online. It was very easy to navigate the website and choose my product. Immediate confirmation of order and delivery within four days. Love my bracelet and the useful leaflet on how to care for the pearls.

I bought the pearls as a gift to myself as I concluded 43 years in education. My first adventure working was in Broome in 1973. Since then I have been in Melbourne and Adelaide.
