The process was smooth and efficient. It did took a few weeks with mailing back and forth.
Looking forward to building my Self Directed IRA quickly by investing in the Palm Financial Fund, LLC, and their exceptional high rate of return.
The process of setting up a self-directing IRA can be very overwhelming. Broad's forte is the ease in how they guide the customer through the process of incorporating, setting up trust, transferring funds to LLC account and banking instructions. By the way, my wife and I now both have SDIRA accounts through Broad Financial. And your support team is equally impressive. Great job!
Broad Financial's products are straightforward and their representatives are knowledgeable and supportive. I recommend them to anyone seeking alternative solutions to their financial and retirement goals.
I have a self-directed IRA with another company and wasn't happy with options and called out of the blue this morning. I happened to get Noah and felt so comfortable with his level of expertise, professionalism and knowledge... that I opened an account on the spot!
Clear, comprehensive product, great price, efficient process, excellent communications and knowledgable staff that could answer all my questions first-time, and with some personality (hard to find these days!) I was delighted with the service I received from Broad Financial have no hesitation in recommending them for your Solo 401K needs.
I had some questions that I had emailed. I received a response that contained links to some articles and had to dig throw the links to find relevant information. It would have been much better to have my answers addressed directly in the email response.
Jay and Eva have been great at providing expertise when needed and have made the process very easy to follow. Highly recommend The Ultimate IRA for those who want to have more control over their investment portfolio.
I was using a self directly IRA with a custodian prior to converting to a self directed 401K with Broad Financial. Making the switch was one of the best things I ever did for my financial future. Not only is the team at Broad Financial reasonably priced but they are also extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
I think that for my type of account, a timeline with more specific events and who is actually responsible for each action would have been helpful. Also, possibly adding a single point of contact for questions would bge helpful to future customers.
Each phone and email interaction with the patient and knowledgable personnel at Broad Financial has been prompt and professional. It took me a lot of time, research, and questions to take the initial plunge and I have not regretted it! Follow up questions from my CPA have further clarified and solidified for me that a decision to create a Solo 401k is a smart action to take control of your investments. Broad Financial did a great job walking me through the process and continue to provide advice in a personal, professional manner.
I wanted to convert a portion of my 401k into a SD IRA. I have a plan now with Accuplan and called them first to see what I can do with them. I'm still waiting for a return call, email, or snail mail.
I researched other plans and companies and found Broad Financial. Noah and I have had a couple of calls. He answered my questions completely and knowledgeable because I told him I want to make sure I have the correct plan for my needs.
Your IRA's literally sell themselves. My advisor, Noah, was mostly nice and helpful but was somewhat irritated by my newbie questions. Still, he was very helpful describing your self-directed IRAs and all associated fees. I came prepared, and was ready to commit immediately. Noah worked very quickly to get the process started.
First I must explain that I am not a current customer of Broad Financial; I was a client for a brief time about six years ago. I had some complex questions about closing out and rolling over a self-direct Roth IRA.
Even though I was not a client they took the time to listen and understand my question. The had to educate me some to get me to understand the process. The time, concern, proffessionalism was more than most brokers/advisors provide their paying clients.
I recommend them highly based on this interaction and hope to to business with them in the future.
Answered all questions professionally and patiently
Many thanks
My experience with Broad Financial has been straight forward and easy. Everyone that I have worked with has been knowledgeable and was able to assist me with setting up the accounts and helping with any transfers of funds. I have been a customer for approximately two years and have referred several of my friends to Broad Financial as an option for managing their IRAs.
So far, it has been an easy process. Your literature and binder are professionally prepared and easy to understand. Setting up the Trust Checking Account was clearly explained and required not much effort. We had to get someone outside the bank to notarized the trust documents as the bank said they were not allowed to do that, but we found a helpful notary who took care of it. Now, we are getting out of our old 401K and will be transferring or rolling over the assets there into this new one. Your staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Thanks!
Broadfinancial made opening a self directed IRA relatively easy. They are always available to assist! I really appreciate their knowledge of the product as well as their proactive service of the IRA account.
Jeff and Eva at Broad were awesome. The only trouble I ran into was going to voicemail twice while trying to contact Madison. Also, they do not seem organized at Madison, nor have the detail. They certainly do not match the level of service at Broad.
It was wonderful to deal with Broad Financial. Mr. Noah Grodko was wonderful during the whole process and afterward in answering all the questions. The only problem I had was with the bank they recommended which was a nightmare. Ultimately, I opened account with Wells Fargo and there was no problem thereafter.
From the first conversation with Jeff Astor I felt like he represented Broad Financial professionally and efficiently and was very responsive when I contacted him with questions. Also the support staff was very, very efficient, to the point that I couldn't keep up efficiently with providing what I needed to. This is a rare and admirable quality in business today. Usually the customer has to keep pressing to get answers and to complete transactions and services in a timely manner, and a lot of times it isn't received well and the customer gets a lot of pre-scripted answers and responsed. In my experience with this process, embarrassingly I have been the one holding up the process in most cases. Thank you very much for your support, I look forward to having a long working relationship.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
