The websites for broad, titan, and Madison were adequate to get everything up and going, but the web sites are pretty simplistic and could use some more advanced options. All in all it was a decent experience. The hardest part was getting Titan (the bank) up and going. With regards to Broad and the LLC creation, that was pretty painless.
I want to buy a property with multiple members, Joe and his colleague solved my problem patiently and promptly.
The team is always responsive to ALL my questions, and I have a lot. They are great to work with and make you feel comfortable.
Joel's professional knowledge and customer service ethics are above reproach. He answered my Accountant's question expeditiously.
Thanks,
Mr. Dennis Watts

Broad Financial helped me through the process with ease. They are real experts, and they make things understandable for the client.
I have spoken to Anne Kennedy several times over the last couple of years...she is absolutely the best.always professional, spot on with her responses and with a friendly voice. I understand things can get quite busy but I wanted to point out Anne's great work
I consistently get the highest quality customer service from Broad Financial. The Solo 401K we set up is new to us so I've made a few calls to Customer Service. Ms. Anne Kennedy answers the phone right away (wow!) and is always extremely well-informed. And thorough in her explanations. What a pleasure it is working with Anne. There are no words for our gratutude to Broad Financial and Anne Kennedy for the superb service all around! 10 out of 10 Broad Financial, you are nailing it in the Solo 401K business. Thank you!
In my most recent phone call in September of 2024, the staff was knowledgeable, professional, patient and answered my questions in just a few minutes. Their annual updates are very helpful as well and worth the cost.
My husband and I got lucky when looking for a way to roll over a sizeable 401k after my husband left his company after 28 years. From beginning to end, Broad Financial helped us to set up everything we needed to preserve and help us grow our money. Hands down, the best decision we could have made. It's not 'one and done' with them: they stay with you long after you've become a client.
It was pleasure working with the staff at BF, it took about a week to get my retirement account company setup. I am informed of the progress along the way. It was a great experience.
Very knowledgeable and helpfull staff. Team is always available and provides good advice and insights. I had staff proactively reach out to me to ensure I understood the next steps in the onboarding process
I highly recommend this company. Every time I had a question they were really quick to respond. They are extremely knowledgeable. Why deal with the shifty stock market when you can invest in directly in real estate and or private real estate lending.
I had to set up a brokerage account under my SDIRA LLC name, which no one besides B.F. Knew how to do. Alex walked me through every step of the process, and was available by phone and email to answer questions and even review forms to make sure I had them filled out right. Outstanding customer service!
I called with some pretty technical questions about my two self-directed accounts at Broad Financial. The person who helped me was very knowledgable. All my questions were answered AND I learned some valuable additional information too. They are a great resource!
Moving money around from one institution to another in an IRA LLC is a complicated process for a financial novice like me. Anne provided the key answer that simplified the process.
I called to ask a simple question? Their system told me everyone was busy and they would call me back when they were free. Joel called me back but I was busy when he called me so he went to voicemail. He left his name and extension in his message. I called him back when I was done and he answered. We talked for maybe two minutes and he helped me understand what I was questioning. I wish all customer service was this easy!
Always easy and productive working w Joel Galkin and his crew at Broad Financial. They make it very easy to comply w government requirements for a Solo 401-K. A good company to deal with; honest and detail oriented. AAA RATING
I transitioned some of my retirement assets to a Self Directed IRA with Broad Financial because I wanted to invest in local real estate. Broad has been great to work with over several years. The initial establishment of my SDIRA was done efficiently and I have been able manage it myself, follow the IRS guidelines, adhere to reporting requirements, and increase the value of my investments. Broad has been there all along for any questions I have had along the way. They are extremely responsive when I reach out to them. The service fees are very reasonable given the value they provide. I happily recommend Broad if you are considering a SDIRA.
Broad financial is excellent! They are responsive and answer questions in detail. I am very pleased working with them year after year.
My experience with Broad Financial, Madison Trust and Solera Bank has been exceptional. I have a Roth and Traditional IRA with iTrust Capital which has been good, but limiting. Broad Financial provided the process and directions on how to do this correctly. All the agents I worked with at all three organizations were knowledgeable and timely in their help. It does take time and there are fees to consider, but anyone wanting to self direct their IRA should use this process.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
