The Broad Financial team and the Madison Trust team are top notch. Quick and accurate responses to all my questions and needs, whether by phone or email. Proactive communications to let me know they received my paperwork, steps were completed, what's next, etc. I am impressed.

A few mix ups, but resolved issues very quickly and remained very professional. The customer service personnel didn't put any blame on others for the issue, and took the initiative to promptly correct the issue. Indicative of an awesome subculture at Broad Financial. Two thumbs up.

The concept of a self directed IRA was new to me and seemed intimidating. I searched online and found Broad Financial as the best fit for my needs and contacted them. They made the whole transaction clean, simple, and prompt. I would recommend to anyone wanting to look at retirement investment to get in touch with this firm. I was very satisfied.

Everything was exactly as explained

Everything was exactly as explained. After making my initial payment, I received my binder within 3 business days. It included a seperate packet that contained instructions and everything I needed to provide the bank to open my checking account. It all sounded too good to be true but ended up being exactly as promised. I highly recommend this product and company.

Every single time I have ever called Broad Financial, my questions have been answered by the person who actually answered the phone. I have NEVER been put on hold or transferred to other people. The level of customer of service is just astounding. Either their receptionists are completely over-qualified, or they have simply figured out how to efficiently dispatch client questions and concerns.

The rep I talked with today was cheerful and willing to put forth the effort to understand exactly my unique situation. Mark made the effort to give me options for future transactions allowed to do now so I will be prepared when I need to make a transaction. The only poor review I have is the quality of back ground noise. It was difficult hearing him because of the excessive noise in the background.

Mark at Broad Financial was a huge help! My husband died and my local credit union froze his LLC. The credit union has been giving me endless headaches over this. Mark took care of doing the necessary paperwork that would satisfy the credit union and allow me to access the funds. Without him, I would have had to hire an expensive lawyer. All I had to do was pay a nominal fee for some new paperwork. Mark took care of everything with one phone call. Much appreciate all he and Broad Financial did at the time of my husband's death. It was a time when I could not bear any extra headaches. Mark took care of everything. Loretta

I have been with your company 5 years now and was thinking of moving my account to someplace here in California. It's not a large account but your staff treats me like it is a billion dollars. Whenever I call everyone is so professional and courteous. In this instance the help from Joel was the best I could ever expect. When I ask a question and he was not sure he said "Let me check that for you and I will get back to you with the correct information". I valued that statement. Then he was sure to deliver accurate information and was able to help me complete my LLC once again. His assistance is much appreciated. Oh and it is also the reason I chose to stay with Broad Financial.

Broad Financial has been wonderful in answering all my questions regarding the Solo 401k. This area is new to me and they have been there from start to finish in helping me to get this put together. When you call them, you quickly reach a real person (not a recording directory menu) and you are able to get your questions answered. They also respond back pretty quickly via email. So far, the experience has been very good! I have checked out other firms that offer this same Solo 401k setup, but they were either more expensive in their setup fees and/or their annual fees. It pays to shop around!

Requested Broad Financial to help the dissolution of our LLC enterprise from Texas State Registrar. Mark Weissman who coordinated the filing did an excellent job. Service was prompt and follow up actions were well coordinated and executed as and when required. Also we were well kept informed of the status during the process.
