Stayed in 5 different hotels during this vacation (Florida to Indiana and then to Virginia and back to Florida). Bring Fido helped me find pet friendly hotels all along the way!

Non refundable. When you click and try to cancel they will take your money no exceptions. Look at site then call the actual hotel. Scams your money

Gross customer service. Booked accomodation weeks ago, spent 3 hours finding a place that met my needs only to find out 3 days before the May long weekend that it isn't even pet friendly. Via email. With no alternatives. So I have to call and sit on hold for 54 minutes and counting only to be told I will either have to pay over $200 more or stay in a place with abysmal reviews that's nowhere near where I need to be. Not even an apology. I will never use them again and make sure anyone I know with dogs doesn't either.

If you use Bring Fido be warned. If you do not talk with an agent, you reservation, it is useless and you loose your money, i.e. I just lost 525 dollars.

Booked hotel through them and was charged. Hotel had reservation from BF but had not been sent any money, so charged me. BF just kept my money and never paid the hotel, so I was charged 2 x. BF refuses to refund because they say the hotel is not calling them back. Why would they? I paid them directly when BringFido kept the money from the reservation. Neat trick, to send the reservation without the money paid for it, have the customer pay twice, and just keep all the money without having to pay any of it to the hotel. Never again.

We love BringFido, it makes traveling with a 50-lb well-behaved dog so much easier. We don't have to call ahead to make sure they have a dog room, and that we can get one. Other sites even if you specify a dog, you still have to call ahead (no guarantees). The down side is you don't get any points for staying at the chain hotels. Sometimes the rules listed on BringFido are slightly different than when you get there (eg dogs not allowed on furniture; must be in crate). We have made at least 7 cross-country trips with them and we love it!

I had a tough time using their website to book my accommodation because the most number of pets I could list was 4 and I have 6. And I was running out of time to find a place that would let me bring all of them before I needed the accommodation. So I called the number listed on the website to get assistance. The people answering the phone were kind, understanding, and professional. Even when the call was dropped and I had to call back, they continued to search for a place that would accommodate both me and my 5 dogs and 1 cat. And by the time I called back after getting disconnected the representative had located me acceptable accommodation at the last minute without complaints and with a positive attitude. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I employed this website to help me find lodging, restaurants, and activities that I could bring my dog with me. I heavily relied on the website and it did not fail. I recommend Bring Fido for those searching for places that are dog friendly.

BringFido used to be a great site that had really good and accurate info. Whoever had it must have sold it to a nameless/faceless/dogless entity that does virtually nothing. The national chains on here must pay for it, and the information local restaurants is generally unreliable.

I used BringFido for a short-notice booking in San Diego. (I cancelled another booking, with another provider, but that's another story.). So I booked a room with BringFido. I assumed, buy definition, that it would be a pet friendly room, but after booking a non-refundable room, I received a confirmation that said this: "Guests with pets must call *******436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties." WHAT! I called and luckily the room WAS pet friendly, all rooms were, but this was AFTER I booked. So I don't see the benefit of using them, as ALL travel site can book friendly rooms you must can to confirm. NOW here is the really BAD part, after booking I learned that MANY other booking sites had the SAME room $40/night cheaper. BringFido was the most expensive rate. Oh yeah, there is more. So I arrived to check-in, but they DIDN'T HAVE OUR ROOM. After 15 minutes of confusion, turns out they spelled our name wrong when booking. I checked my BringFido account and all was spelled correctly, so it was THEIR fault.

So, I will NOT be using them again. Just use any other travel booking site, and check "pet friendly room." Its at least as good and most likely MUCH better.

I booked a hotel using Bring Fido and an error message appeared on their website. I clicked continue and the website booked the same room twice. No one has been able to resolve this and I need a refund for the double booking that was completed due to the error message on their website. I keep getting told it will get done and doesn't. So frustrated.

I won't ever book for my pups on any other site but Bring Fido and aim so grateful that they exist. Traveling with a large elderly dog is so difficult. Having to try to stop with them overnight at multiple places is a nightmare. But every time we hit a snag, Bring Fido is on the phone with us immediately to help. For example, we ran so late one day that the hotel gave away our handicapped room. It was midnight after driving 12 hours and we had nowhere to go. Kristen at Bring Fido picked up the phone when I called them frantic for help and she had another room nearby us within minutes. She called and booked for us directly. She was simply amazing. Booking through Bring Fido gives you the peace of mind that you are traveling with a guardian angel.

Bringfido is our go-to source for choosing places to stay as we travel back and forth from Texas to the northeast. We've also found some spectacular dog parks, too! We did hVe to change our travel plans in one instance and customer service went beyond the extra mile to work with us to change our hotel plans. Bringfido deserves everyone of those 5 stars!

BringFido assured me I would receive a refund for cancelling a reservation 5+ days in advance.

Then suddenly, they retracted this refund guarantee and told me "there's nothing they can do" and told me to work it out directly with the hotel. So then BringFido, what exactly do you even do? What value do you add?

BringFido took ZERO responsibility for the $750 I was owed and left me to figure it out on my own! Absolutely disgusting treatment and I hope no one ever uses their service.
