Booked hotel through them and was charged. Hotel had reservation from BF but had not been sent any money, so charged me. BF just kept my money and never paid the hotel, so I was charged 2 x. BF refuses to refund because they say the hotel is not calling them back. Why would they? I paid them directly when BringFido kept the money from the reservation. Neat trick, to send the reservation without the money paid for it, have the customer pay twice, and just keep all the money without having to pay any of it to the hotel. Never again.

I stayed at the hotel, was charged 2 x. Your site only let me upload one of the charges, not both. BringFido never paid the hotel, just kept the money I paid them, so hotel charged me again and BringFido will not give either the hotel or me the money, just kept it.
