I ordered 30 blank 24 oz tumbler and received them 8 days later. I had to email them to get my shipping information but they responded a couple of hours later and I received them the next day. They are in great condition especially for tumblers that cost $2.40 each.

I've never been so frustrated with a company that I completely gave up and looked for another supplier. I've lost 2 weeks with this company for procuring an item for a client of mine. My original question was never answered. When a rep finally reached out, it was like she was answering different questions. She just seemed to not only lack knowledge of the products she is selling but incapable of understanding my simple questions; there was no language barrier. When I would email her, I would lose time getting a response to my email with an answer to a different question. When I asked if she could call me on the phone, she didn't. When I called the main number for help, I was told she would call me back. Finally, after losing 2 weeks, I called again and asked to be placed with a new rep as I am getting nowhere with this one. So he takes my information down and transfers me to the SAME REP! Unbelievable... What are these people actually doing there?

I found this group online and took shot. I needed shelf danglers for a store promotion. I was already behind in my project (my fault). Not only did they do a great job of staying in touch with me, the met their deadline with a few days to spare. Great work and thank you.

Eventhough it is offered on their website 1+ items, my order was never found and after a week of waiting, they finally sent an email stating that my order didn't meet their criteria, and don't even bother talking to customer service very unprofessional.

I was asking their customer service about the specs on their site for a cup because the ounces listed in the title of the product didn't add up the the measurements they gave me. The customer rep was SO RUDE and today emailed me saying "It takes a lot of work contacting all the vendors and putting these quotes together. Please tell me what product you want a quote on, the size, and quantity." I had exactly told her the product, the size and the quantity because their website doesn't let you enter the options. Apparently, the people working there don't want to do their job. Stay away! PS Brilliantpromos.com and IdeaStage.com are run by the same people.

I submitted a request to order two trophies. First they has issue with the art work, which I had trademark rights. Second they denied the order without seeing if there was an alternate date in which they could provide the service. I called the organization and the service manager could care less. Do not use this service. It sucks.

Purchased item on 3/29. On 4/3 received an email stating item is out of stock until 4/30.
Replied to email and never heard back. Called customer service and was assured item will ship by 4/30. I'll update if I ever get the product.
UPDATE 5/3/18: After three days past 4/30 without a shipment notification, I decided to call Customer Service. Was told she would call vendor and get back to me. When she calls me back she says there's a delay in shipment and they will not receive the item until 4/10. She asked if I want a refund, I said no because I still want the item but would appreciate if she could do something for the inconvenience. She promised she would (no specifics) and I told her I would touch base in a week.

At this point, whether or not I ever receive the item I paid for, I will not be conducting any kind of business with Brilliant Promos again. Truly not worth the hassle.

Called their number to get info on a product and was told they had no info and I had to fill out the online form instead. Filled out the form, was told I would get info on the product in 24 - 48 hours; a week later I still didn't have a response. Checked in with them and they said they were waiting on their producer to get back to them. Another week later there was still no response. Found another company that made the item and ordered from them instead. Seems like these people really don't want business - avoid ordering from them.

It took me 2 weeks to finalize a proof with them. They said it would take 5 days to produce and 2 days in shipment. 14 days later they tell me they are out of stock after I ordered it nearly a month ago.

I ordered some materials that took over four months to receive after I payed up front. After I finally received the materials they ended up being the wrong color and the company refused to help me get the color I originally ordered. Very poor accountability.

I placed an order on 11/3/22, they claim that they will not charge your card until the item is ready and the shipping label is printed. They charged my card on11/14/22. It is now 12/12/22 and for the past month every tracking number that I click states that the label has been made, but no shipping information is available. I have contacted customer service via email and they keep making excuses as to where the package is (COVID setbacks, overseas shipping information taking time to update, etc.) It has been 6 weeks and I STILL have nothing to show for my $385 order! I am still not convinced that this company is not a complete scam. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible Terrible

I placed and paid an order with a specific delivery date of 9/14 as I needed the items for an event. On 9/12 I called in because I had not received a tracking number and I was 2 days away from requested in hands delivery date.
On that day, the same guy who took my order told me that the item was out of stock and that someone would be calling me. WHAT?

Someone did call me only to confirm that the item was out of stock and no longer available. After having paid the invoice, approved artwork, requested a specific delivery date, NO ONE EVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME ANYTHING regarding this shipment that was NEVER going to be delivered!

Don't waste y our time or money, this company is not dependable. Buy from a reputable company who is able to fill your orders or minimum inform you of any changes or delays

I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. When you requested you quote on August 24th - we did in-fact check inventory levels and there was sufficient stock to fill your order. However, you placed your order on August 31st - a full week later - and we did not get your final proof approval until September 4th. By this time the manufacture had sold through their remain inventory. Unfortunately, the manufacturer will not let us hold inventory until we actually submit the production order, which cannot be completed until after proof approval. Inventory in this industry can move very quickly - especially this time of year. We did check for similar items in our catalog, but to no avail. BrilliantPromos.com processes over 2500 orders every week and has many many satisfied customers. We will always do everything in our power to get the job done right and on time, but in some case we do run into dead ends. I am very sorry it did not work out.
