The product I need is incredibly difficult to find. I am grateful Brighton Beauty Supply.com has it. I can ONLY find it at Ulta and they rarely stock it. That's frustrating. I was able to get 10 from BBS.com at almost 1/2 the cost! When my order was "still pending" 3 days after I ordered, I email them to get an update. They responded immediately and said it would be out in 2 days. I got it on the day they told me I would. I will definitely order from Brighton Beauty Supply again. Now that I know it may take a week or so, I will simply order it before I run out! Good customer service, quantity I need at an excellent price! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Brighton Beauty Supply. I did not receivce an e mail conformation, however I called them and the customer service rep assured me my order would arrive within 5 days, it did, and I am in the Pacific Northwest, so that was coast to coast. I have no complaints and will do business with them again.

I ordered some supplies, mainly hair color, in advance of a vacation. I didn't get a confirming email so I called to tell them the urgency of the order. The representative was very nice and to my pleasant surprise the order arrived, well packed, two days later, well in advance of my trip. I would use them again.

I placed my order, waited a week without any shipment notice, then I emailed them and they replied saying the product is on backorder but gave me a shipping date. The product did not ship on that date so two days after I emailed again, didn't get a reply but two days after got a shipment notification. When I received the order it was NOT what I ordered. I bought a shampoo and conditioner with biosilk oil. I got a completely different shampoo and conditioner and got hair dye. I am fully prepared to file a claim through my credit card because I don't see them trying to hurry to fix this error. Yikes, I buy a lot of stuff online and for the most part nothing like this happens. This is new to me.

Horrible both times

Horrible both times. I even gave them a second shot after the first let-down. I waited over one week just to find out that my order was not even going to come meanwhile they billed me. The woman on the phone told me the items were damaged and returned. You would think someone would notify you if something like this would happen. I never even received a confimation of shipment or tracking number. Second time was the same. This site is horrible. When you call you will wait on the phone for at least 30 minutes. I'd rather pay more just to not go through this.

BUYER BEWARE!
October 15, 2010

BUYER BEWARE! There was no shipping information on site nine days after the purchase other than 'payment received'. Three phone calls later, the agent admitted that my stuff was on backorder (the first two indicated the order was still being 'processed'. By whom? Slugs? Aargh. I cancelled the order, but, three days later, have yet to see the promised confirmation in email. Will I get my refund? Who knows. On the upside I stumbled upon
hello-gorgeous.net. My order was placed on Wednesday, shipped on Thursday and is already trackable by the carrier.

Terrible experience
April 10, 2013

Terrible experience. Placed an order with them and paid immediately via paypal. After a week and a half of my order not shipping i sent multiple emails to customer service with no response. Finally called the customer service number and after being on hold for a half and hour i found out items in my order were out of stock and thats why it didn't ship. (i recently had an experience on another beauty site where an item was out of stock and i was immediately informed same day) I canceled my entire order and requested a refund we will see how that goes. I dont know others experiences with this site or their products but customer service and communication was TERRIBLE.

I purchased shampoo from this site on June 6,2010. I selected them since their cost including shipping was a couple of dollars less then anyone else I could find. My order shipped 1 month later. I inquired a couple of times and either recieved no response or once was sent someone elses tracking number from an order which had shipped over a year prior. I wish I had researched reviews on the company before ordering rather than making my purchase decision on price alone. Since then, I have read many reviews from others on this site with great dissatisifaction. Buyer Beware... think twice before ordering from this site. You should also look at the complaints on the NY Better Business Bureau regarding this company.

I would not buy from this company again. I have purchased the same brand of shampoo and conditioner for years. I decided to try this site because the prices were very good. I absolutely believe the products I received had been switched into the bottles. They smelled different, the consistency was different, and the products made my hair a tangled, brittle, mess. I might as well have been washing my hair with dishwashing detergent instead of a high-end shampoo and conditioner. I went back to a local store, purchased the same shampoo and conditioner and had the same terrific results as always. Brighton Beauty is scamming its customers. I would never buy from them again.

This site would not even get a single star if that were possible. Placed order on Nov. 2nd, sent e-mail on Nov. 10th asking why status was still pending when they received my money on the 2nd through paypal, just called them and the product is not in stock. I asked them to cancel my order and the lady said she will send me a confirmation for the cancellation. We'll see how that goes, but most importantly, when I get my money back.!

Twice I ordered with them & twice I didn't receive my items. Second time I ordered I thought it was a fluke as the item was out of stock. Not only does the company not return emails or answer their phone during business hours, but what I discovered is that both of my orders (2 years apart) occurred the EXACT WEEK I've had my banking information stolen. Nothing else unusual on my account both times or no other identical transactions other than this shady company. I'm taking the information to the police & I advise everyone to be wary of this company.

I ordered a product from the site. The product that I received was not the same as the picture that they have posted. I asked for a shipping label for a free return and their response is that I must pay for return shipping and for the free shipping that I received because I spent over $59.95 if I want to return the products.

I agree with the other posts regarding billing and shipping behavior. This company billed my cc. On the 20th of June and after 2 emails I had sent to ask about shipment (none with any replies by the company), today (June 28th) I received an email stating the product had shipped on the 20th. The tracking information supplied stated the shipping label was just now being created. This company practices bad policy and service.

I placed a 60 dollar order on April 6,2013. Today is April 17th, and I tried to check the status of the order via the order confirmation email they had sent me on April 6th. NO INFORMATION was available. I called customer service and was told the items were OUT OF STOCK. I then said I did NOT appreciate my credit card being billed for an item they did not even have! Her response, "I understand." I then said that if an item is out of stock, it should say that when the order is PLACED, and I would not be ordering from this company again! She assured me that they were getting a delivery of my items either today or tomorrow and would ship it to me if I wanted to wait! I told her that I am NOT waiting much longer. If I don't receive these products soon, I will call for an immediate refund. This place should be shut down for FRAUD. Such BS! I could have ordered these products from Amazon and had them a week ago!

Horrible Service

Ordered products January 7, they charged card immediately. A month later I disputed the charge which must have got someone's attention as the stuff came in TWO MONTHS later.

The website actually good - it's their customer service that needs a tweek. I ordered (2) Sexy Hair Curly Sexy Hair Moisturizing Shampoo 33.8oz for $7.95 each along with (2) bottles of conditioner priced at $18.95. They called me and told me that they had mis-priced the shampoo and that they were going to have to charge me the difference (it should have been priced at $18.95 also). I had never bought this product before so I wouldn't have noticed a discrepancy to begin with. Since this was their error, they should have honored the price and let me know that going forward the price would be different. A company with good customer service skills would have done this. I told them to cancel the order. Just beware...
