They billed my credit card right away.
3 days on average to respond to my e-mails.
4 weeks to receive my order.
They should NOT bill a credit card if the product is on back-order.

Any comunication, didn't recieved the product, the seller never answer my e-mails, trying to cancel the order. Bad seller
So, i ordered two boxes of framesi hair straightener. I just received it, one of the bottles was broken and all the liquid spilled out leaving the box soaking wet! A major issue, as my hair appointment is this evening! I need my hair done by monday for work (i work in TV) i call the customer service line and tell them what went wrong and they say they will send me another, but i won't get it before monday. I asked them to exercise the overnight option free of charge since this is not my fault and i need it right away. They refused, advising that it is too expensive and it is UPS' fault, not theirs. REALLY?! Passing the buck is so not good business. I explained to them that it doesnt matter if it is ups fault or not. I didnt order thru ups i pordered through brighton and it is brighton's responsiblity to make it right even if it was ups who fouled up. Now i, the customer, am the one left holding the bag. I will not order from them again. Poor customer service is not worth the $1.90 i saved, especially when i can't get my hair done in the end anyway!
The customer service over the telephone within the Bklyn, Kings Highway storeis atrocious. I called requesting an item on Jan 8th 2010 and was told there were no more in stock. I then called the other Bklyn site to be then told the same store had one in stock. When I called back to speak with a manager all I here is giggling in the background. A woman answers and I ask if she is the manager she says no and I then ask for someone in charge. Another woman then answers and I ask if she is in charge she says no, its the weekend. I then ask for the person responsible for the stock room. She then says that no one is there for that. Prior to her getting on the phone I here giggling. I ask what is so funny she says nothing. I then ask for my item and she tells me there is one in stock. I say I just called and was told there were none available, she says it was not on the floor it was in the stock room. I told her when I called why wasn't the stock room checked she says I don't know I wasnt the one you spoke with. I told her that everyone is responsible when there is poor customer service. I then hung up. I will no longer be shopping here because I can't stand poor customer service. They really need to get it together.
It took over ten days for my order to ship after I paid for it. Then another week for it to arrive. VERY, very slow!
Answer: I placed an order on April 8 and here it is April 28 and I am still waiting Tried to call today April 28 and no answer. I am thinking I know someone in the state attorney office I think it is time to make a formal complaint
