Easy ordering process, plants arrived in a timely fashion, packaged well. I was, however, expecting the tree to be much fuller - so that was a disappointment. It is supposed to be a fast grower, so we are hopeful it actually will be.

I contacted customer service to determine if I placed an order now, would it ship now or later, based on current time of year. I was told my order wouldn't ship until March 28th at the earliest. Instead, I received my order three days later, on March 5th. It was still way too cold to plant my trees. Although customer service acknowledged the error, and promised to refund my purchase if my trees did not survive, it was an inconvenience to store and care for the trees and change my plans for planting them. And if they don't survive I'll be an entire year behind. I've had great experience with brighter blooms in the past, but I would have preferred to be sent a new order when I was expecting it rather than they have me "chance it".
We are so sorry to hear that this happened! We will make it right if your trees do not leaf out soon and get you replacement trees in Spring when they should have been shipped!

Carrier beat up packages pretty good resulting in some breakage.
The box was left at my front door upside down. My plants didn't looked as health as I expected. Some of the leaves has dark yellow spots on them but so far two of them seams didn't have problem to adapt to the new environment. After three weeks I saw some new leaf growing out now. Apart from one looks like it is still hibernate. I hope it's not dead so far no single leaf on the sad branches.
I order 3 1 gal plants. What I received were 3 overgrown and spindly plants. Out of shape and not what I expected for Azaelas. Will not orde4 again.

My first Meyers lemon tree took a tour of the U. S and took over 2 weeks to receive. This was an error on Fed Ex. Brighter blooms stepped right in after I contacted them. They quickly got a replacement tree out the door. It shipped from NC according to tracking. This tree was very likely in great shape when it left. It arrived in about 5 days and all the foliage was pretty much dead. The leaves were all crispy and dry. At this point I think the tree will be ok. But it will lose all its foliage. I think part of the issue is that the leaves really need humidity and moisture and the shipping times without that humidity and moisture causes this. As I said this is a replacement tree. I still have the old one as well. I'm gonna try and nurse these to trees back to good health. They should hopefully be much better into late spring early summer. Customer service was great! This peticular tree seems to have a hard time with the shipping.
