My order was simply two trees (same kind & size). Received one correct cultivar and one incorrect. The incorrect one even had the label of the cultivar (that was wrong and did not match the order). More care should be exercised during the packing process.

Cherry trees

There was an issue that someone during packaging or somewhere picked up one of the trees by the trunk. Which means it was just sitting very loosely in the dirt with burlap. Took our chances and replanted it with root stimulator. Hoping our efforts save the tree.

Great company to purchase from

I purchased a few items - plants and trees I was very happy about the replacement of my olive tree - it was frozen during shipping and delivery.
My other items are doing well.
This store has fantastic prices and an excellent selection of almost everything you would want to have as a house plant, garden or tree very satisfied. Thank you!

Very small trees, does not match the description provided when purchased, when received, the soil on both trees was all pver the box, I followed instructions provided to plant them but it seems both are dead now but I am waiting 1 more week to contact seller to see if they are covered by their policy to replace them

Avocado trees

I ordered two Avocado trees at a cost of $129 each. One came 2-3 ft tall and very healthy with multiple branches and leaves. It s doing quite well. The second plant came at approximately 3 ft tall, 3 branches, with 3 leaves each. (Not what I would expect for $129 for a plant.) The 3 leaves on each branch are turning brown and seem to be dying. I did not have that problem with the second plant but it did have a branch that was broken off but was taped to the plant to provide additional greenery. Who are you trying to fool? I would not order mail order again.
I will drive to a nursery and select my own plant.

Delivered too early for planting

Rep promised order #******* would be delivered end of March. It came first of March, too early to plant in my zone. Also it came from a different vendor, which I stopped dealing with in the past because of poor products.
