This is my first time buying from Brighter Blooms. I bought a 7' Pin Oak Tree and it arrived so carefully packaged. I was so pleased. I can't wait to get her planted in my backyard and see its first bird land on it's branches. The tree looks strong and healthy so I'm feeling confident that it will do well.
Elvis was great he really educated us on all flowering trees and Boston Ivy because of all Elvis's knowledge and tips we felt confident enough that we ordered 8 knockout white rose tree's and 4 gallon containers of Boston Ivy and we are about to order 4 bloomarang purple Lilac trees Thank You Elvis
My plants arrived on the dates they were promised. The plants were very healthy. This was a great experience.

I remain impressed with the selection and value that Brighter Blooms offers. I was initially concerned about shipping clear across the country AND my concerns were realized. The shipment(s) were scheduled to arrive on April 9th, which would have been five days in a dark box, handled by shipping professionals. However, this shipment was delayed for three consecutive days, and was finally received on April 12th. I opened the boxes to see severely wilted leaves and distressed root balls. I opened them immediately and gave them water and sunlight. The trees are truly beautiful and are clearly as nice as described at time of purchase. I'm hoping they survive and prosper.
4 hazels and a highbush cranberry. All packaged with great care and all look healthy and leaf-ed. When they said they would ship it depending on our zone, we expected shipment after May. Now I gotta keep these babies alive for a month and maybe have to harden them again. Learn from my mistake- put your desired date in the order notes.

You should use someone else other than FedEx to deliver your plants. Five different times received emails and texts that the plants were on a truck out for delivery and never showed

Everything we received was in very healthy condition with the exception of 2 of the pink muhly grasses... not that they were in bad shape, just not thriving like the other 8 we got. Hoping they bounce back but in no way giving a negative experienc. The hydrangea and hybrid willows are thriving and have beautiful full leaves popping out everywhere. We're extremely pleased and will buy from you again in a heartbeat!
