We received a beautiful Strawberry Vanilla Hydrangea tree. It was packaged well and we received it just a few days after ordering.
My plant arrived in 7 days instead of 1-2 as stated on the order. The plant soil was dry and falling off the roots and what had been healthy green leaves were dry and dying or brown and dead. Tried multiple to contact customer service without success. Never returned my call even though their message says they will hold your place in line and call you back. Finally used chat on the computer but was unable to get a picture of the plant to go through so I gave up. Used my own skills to salvage the plant
