These trees looked terrible when they arrived. Any packing around the roots had completely fallen away. Leaves looked dry and withered. I will consider myself fortunate if they survive. I would never order anything from Brighter Blooms again.

Well……I received my order and what I received did not look like the plants I ordered. Two were tall sticks. One with writhed leaves on top of sticks. The other one had 4 sticks with 4 leaves on two of the tall sticks. I would like plants like the ones in your catalog not something that looks like ones that get thrown away. I am so disappointed with this company. The spider plant has broken and brown spotted leaves. Only two plants look like what I ordered. Don't even get me started on what the tulips looked like. $35.00 for 5 blooms that were spindly and so sad and white I ordered the pink ones. O well!

Over the years I have ordered many plants. All have been great, reasonably prices and grew and performed as described. The one time I did need and use customer service, they were terrific and promptly resolved the reason I called.
Great service prompt delivery. Only problem is all the leaves and branches fell off the tree within a week of planting indoors in a pot. I have no idea if this poor tree will survive. I have sincere doubts. We shall see...

My first Passion Flower was dead when it arrived. I called customer service and sent a picture of the plant. My Passion flower was replaced and the replacement is beautiful. Thank you and the have excellent customer service

I ordered two 2-in-1 lemon and lime trees. Not only did they arrived sealed very securely, I love that the soil already had nutrients added to it. I literally only had to water them once they arrived. These citrus trees are very healthy and quite tall already! The Brighter Blooms site has easily accessible FAQs that have covered all my questions about my trees' care and also provides tips to help them grow up to be the best citrus trees they can be! This is the 2nd time I've purchased from Brighter Blooms and plan to purchase more in the future.

Package arrived on time, was extremely well protected with "live plants" and directional instructions on the outside of box and mailman actually followed them. Inside the plants were well secured and in beautiful shape. Also included planting instructions. Would order again.
