So, I ordered several fruit trees from BrighterBlooms.com. Unfortunately, the peach tree died. They refunded my money no problem, so I ordered another kind of peach tree and they are doing very well.

My tree was delivered in perfect condition. It looks beautiful in my Asian garden. My lilac bush that you sent me however didn't make it. It was at the bottom of the box broken.
I received a replacement conversation pice azalea and it was in fair condition but the spoil was hard like it was planted in cement so I was told to re pot it and that should loosing up the soil and should help the plant so I did and now it is dieing It is so frustrating I give up it took 7 days traveling to get to me and now money down the drain I can't afford to lose.

Easy to order and I was kept informed every step of the way. Tree arrived healthy and full of leaves and soil was still moist. Planted it straight away and it's taken so nicely. It even has new growth after 2 weeks. So happy with this purchase.
I received the tree with fast delivery. It was well packaged. The tree was in great condition and so far is doing really good. I went a ahead and purchased a second tree.
Although the boxes where clearly marked which end was to be "UP" and that there where live plants inside the delivery person paid no head to any of it. Both boxes where stood on end, the WRONG end, however, the plants and trees were packed so well (even through one of the large trees was upside down) they survived beautifully. A little soil mess on the floor from unpacking but a wonderful packing job by your staff that assured that everything I ordered arrived in great shape.
