Loved the Crepe Myrtle tree but the two gardenia bushes I got were in very sad condition when they arrived. I cannot believe what I paid for these tiny little starts which both had broken branches. I am planning on contacting Brighter Booms about a refund or replacement plants.
It's been a great experience with our apple trees one tree is doing good the other has lost some of its leaves. I called and they said it's probably in shock and to give it a few weeks. Great customer service. Defiantly recommend.

I had to deal with several plants arriving very damaged. They overpacked the boxes and put heavy soil pots directly on top of delicate young branches. They rest that arrived in good shape died in the first few weeks due to the cold temps. Instructions were to plant immediately, but we ended up having several nights before freezing.
Great costumer service! I received my second cold hardy avocado tree since the first had a fungal infection and died. My second tree although half the size seemed healthier. However I noticed the same black spots on a few leaves that the other one had. I immediately removed affected leaves, transplanted into another pot incase of contamination. Unfortunately I've had the second tree for about 2 weeks now, spraying and treating daily but I'm down to about 3-4 leaves that haven't been affected so hope it makes it. I noticed black residue on the stake it came with, same with my first one so possible source of fungus? Last time I requested replacement and was quickly given gift card for this second one. Now I think I'm just going to give up on cold hardy avocado trees.

I ordered two fruit trees and a eucalyptus tree. They all came in great condition and well packaged. The banana tree did have some brown leaves but I pruned them back and now I have new leaves starting. The mango tree was fine, but did have a dead dry stick up at the top so I trimmed that off and all is good now. The eucalyptus was perfect and is already growing!

They were pretty dried out when they cam but we were able to plant them right away - ten plants arrived one of them was a little sick with some wilted brown leaves but they all are planted now and seem to growing fine
I could not order online, it would not add to cart. After many tries I finally called on the phone to order. I could not track my order, nor did I receive updates. I called customer service and she could not check on my order either. Your website needs to be fixed.
