Beautiful Trees!

Fast and easy to order. Delivery was on time and trees were packed nicely, no damage. Planted 20 4' trees with the hopes it makes a beautiful privacy fence due to the Village my son lives in will not allow a 6' privacy fence from his nosy neighbor. Weather has been hot and dry. Hoping they do well and take.

Plants stressed

I ordered a lilac bush and 2 raspberry bushes. All three arrived severely stressed. I'm not certain the lilac bush will recover.
There were no specific instructions on how to handle a shipped plant upon arrival. I did take pics.

First order

Ordered 2 lime and 2 lemon trees/bushes. Arrived on time as promised. The two boxes were damaged in shipment. Took pictures with delivery person. After opening there were several small branches broken but the plants were moist and in good condition. Not enough damage for me to consider returning. Have been in the ground about 12 days and seem to be adjusting well.

My BrightBlooms Order

The staff was very helpful when I requested to add another plant to an existing order I made a day earlier. Plants came well secured in thick carton boxes and most importantly the order came on time. This helped me plan my planting schedule since I wanted to put them into the ground asap.

Olive My My Plant

I ordered an olive tree for my new landscaping project. When I planted the tree, all the leaves started falling off. Brighter Blooms assured me that this was a normal part of the trees stress and everything would be OK. They extended the protection period from 30 days until May to make sure the tress indeed survived and made OK through the start of the growing season. The were very helpful in explaining what was happening and gave me the help quickly to make sure I was happy. A++ customer service.

The jury is still out...

The ordering process was very easy and delivery time was fast. However, the items delivered were not in pristine shape and one tree arrived looking a bit worse for wear. I ordered two matching trees, but one is healthy looking full of leaves. The other is completely bare with no sign of life at this point.

Delivery arrived late
June 29, 2021

The delivery was suppose to arrive on a Thursday but didn't get there until Sunday. Meanwhile we had record breaking heat.
The plants looked terrible when we opened them but we watered them immediately and then planted them. I two of them will make it but the other two are nearly dead. I've call customer service a couple times and they were very supportive.
Please send me two new plants as replacements. Thank you!

Very dissatisfied

Placed an order, was told 3 weeks, they added 8 weeks on the delivery date so waited 3 months before receiving our trees out of 20 trees which were only tiny baby trees, 8 Died and they do not warrant a replacement. They are a ripe off.

4/6 plants were perfect

We ordered 6 plants. Most plants travelled very well and made it here looking gorgeous. Two plants had serious issues, and lost many leaves/had leaves damaged during the transport Rubber tree plant/potato plant). The other 4 were great and only took a few days for the plants to refresh themselves after travel.

Banana tree

Ordered a banana tree. Delivered in perfect condition. Had it 3 weeks now and new shoots are sprouting. Very happy with purchase. Not the first item ordered from BrighterBlooms and certainly not my last.

Order came 2 days
July 10, 2020

Order came 2 days late and plants were very dry, packaged poorly with bags of potting soil mixed inside the boxes that shifted causing damage to the trees and shrubs.
The sizes of product delivered was much smaller than we ordered. The product did not support the price that we paid. It was a very expensive order that deserved more attention and better product.
As they are no longer taking phone calls, we have to communicate via email that requires a 2-4 day response.
We will not recommend this company.

New tree

The tree arrived in very good condition - well packed in a box and handled with care. Three days after planting it, some of the leaves that had turned yellow were bright green and it seems to be thriving in the heat and sun.
HIGHLY recommend this company for all your nursery needs.

Beautiful Crabapple Tree

Received the first of my two trees today. The packaging was excellent and the tree looks like it is in great condition. It is a beautiful, very symmetrical tree. I will not be able to plant for a few days as we are currently experiencing hopefully Mother Nature's last cold snap for our area. From the looks of this tree, it should be quite successful. Brighter Blooms has great product selection and their website is extremely user-friendly. I would highly recommend.

Awesome looking plants

I ordered a blueberry & raspberry bush and a red haven peach tree.
They were packaged nice and plants are very healthy.
I have kept them inside this week since our weather is still cold but

Easy to use, helpful information on each item, love your sight!
The shipment arrived, one shade tree and two different cherry trees. The shade tree and one cherry were in good shape, the second cherry was dropping leaves. They were planted within one hour of arriving. I consulted Brighter Blooms about the one problem, sent them a picture. Their expert emailed back the same day with reassuring information. They felt it was in shock, but would come out of it. I believe at this point, they are correct. One week later, it is improving.

I ordered an olive tree as a gift for my brother who lives in another state. As far as I know, the tree arrived in great condition. Ordering on-line was super easy and I appreciated reading customer reviews about this item. Am super excited to see it for myself and will be thrilled once it bears him fruit as he and his wife adore eating olives! Seriously, though, who doesn't?! Never saw anything like this tree for retail before. In fact, I was extremely excited by the selection of trees and plants offered for sale by this company.

Rose tree

Package arrived very quickly and was packaged well. Any leaves on the tree are dead so I am hoping it will come out of dormancy. It has been planted for about a week now and is still dormant. Fingers crossed it will spring into life any day now.

Just shy of great

One of my trees came damaged, it looks like it may bounce back so we will go ahead and plant it, I might be worried if I didn't have the warranty, but you can tell it was in good health before it shipped. The other 3 I bought came with no damage and look healthy. Overall I would purchase from brighterblooms.com again.

Tree came with broken branches

I ordered a grafted weeping cherry tree (7 foot) that was delivered with a number of broken branches. I received a very timely response from Brighter Blooms customer service, and we're watching the tree to see if it recovers.
