Ordered a River Birch for my front yard. Showed up on time and was in perfect shape when I opened it. Love our tree and will be ordering from this website whenever I have a need for plants, shrubs, or trees!

Ordered 4-2 gallon knock out roses. One was significantly smaller than the other 3. After planting the same plant is struggling to grow at the same rate and has more of a drooping posture. I hope it will eventually snap to!

I was a little skeptical since I'd never ordered plants online. Both plants arrived neatly packed, bare, and clearly stressed from the trip. I planted them immediately, and within a couple days the started to grow. 3 weeks later, and they look great. Will definitely be using BB more often.

The plant was beautiful shape and size but extremely damaged from over watering, causing damage to the overall health of the plant. I also not recommend shipping to cold states, as it will have to sit overnight in cold storage somewhere.

After a very delayed shipping time, I received my dwarf meyer lemon and key lime bushes in perfect condition. Questions to BrighterBlooms were answered very quickly. They're very healthy looking plants and are doing well.

I had waited too long to purchase Lady Banks roses from my local nursery. I found BrighterBlooms after doing some research. The website is easy to navigate, they answered a question I had prior to purchase in a timely manner, and the checkout section of the website just as clear. I purchased four plants that were well packaged and arrived in good shape. In fact, I was not able to get them into the ground for three days (kept them in the sun and soil moist), but they were already leafing when I was able to plant them. Each bush had multiple stems branching off the single bud union with many leaflets.

Well, I was more than pleasantly surprised. The plant arrived quick, well packaged and looking wonderful. Currently it is thriving in my garden.

My 2 taller/older trees seem to be doing great, but my smallest/youngest dropped all of its leaves and is not doing well within 48 hours of receipt. I'm happy so far with the other, but this little guy doesn't look like it's going make it.

After searching unsuccessfully at our local garden centers for a Strawberry Hydrangea, I took to online shopping. I was not surprised that there were only a few of these sun loving hydrangeas in stock so I ordered it right away. It was pricey, but they were similarly priced locally if I had been able to find one. It came quickly, was healthy and has thrived after planting. Not sure if it will bloom this year but I'm hopeful.

I was impressed that the tree we purchased made it in just one week to the West Coast (despite the current delivery/supply chain issues) in perfect condition. It is now planted in our yard and appears healthy. Shipping costs were quite reasonable all things considered.

My plant arrived in 7 days instead of 1-2 as stated on the order. The plant soil was dry and falling off the roots and what had been healthy green leaves were dry and dying or brown and dead. Tried multiple to contact customer service without success. Never returned my call even though their message says they will hold your place in line and call you back. Finally used chat on the computer but was unable to get a picture of the plant to go through so I gave up. Used my own skills to salvage the plant

Upon receiving my tree, the leaves were crispy and now all of them have fallen off. I'm hoping this little tree survives after the transplant shock it's going thru, because in a couple years it should be a beautiful tree.

I received my avocado trees quickly and in seemingly decent shape, but it looks like one is really struggling. Initially they both were after shipment, but one is making a come back and looking healthier. Hopefully the other will too.

Tree arrived in July, yes hottest time of year, had straight trunk, semi healthy leaves a little on the light green side, Planted outside, soon most leaves dried out, but tip bud is trying to leaf out. Pot smaller than l was led to believe, but tree was well rooted. It was a 1/4 size pot. L hope it produces enough grow before winter to survive the cold. L keep it well watered to help it get set. L remember this tree all over TN when l lived there, so we'll see how it does here in CO.

Every year we order plants from different nurseries, but from now on we will always look first at BrighterBlooms because the plants arrived in such healthy condition and the instructions were above and beyond the usual, just very easy with a lot of common sense ideas for gardening. We opened the boxes upon arrival and my husband and I both said 'WOW!" at the same time. Some nurseries are better than others and BrighterBlooms absolutely nailed our order! Thank you!

Great experience. The tree is small, but I ordered the 1 to 2 foot tree and it already has a lot of new growth on it. It arrived within a few days or ordering, was nicely packed, in very good condition. I would definitely order from Brighter Blooms again!
