Fruit cocktail tree

Ordering was pretty easy. When the plant arrived, was disappointed to see on the invoice that my fruit cocktail tree only had two varieties. I was hoping for at least three. Plant was looking rough. It has been in the ground for a couple of weeks. One branch lost all of its leaves and still does not have any new growth.

Dead

Thin plants, looks like sticks stuck in soil, they ended up sending two more but they were just as bad, if you touched any part of them they would just fall off, the little amount that is left appears to be in shock

Happy Customer

Staff is very supportive and friendly when placing an order with them. I ordered a lemon tree last year and it's giving me four nice lemons this year. I was a little surprised at the length of time to ripen lemons. Hopefully my clementine will do as well.

Great customer service

I had a problem which BrighterBlooms graciously and quickly resolved. One of the trees I received did not seem to be doing well. I contacted the company before the 30-day replacement warranty ran out. They offered to replace but also suggested we wait another week or so. They assured me that our conversation would be entered into the system and sure enough, when I called back 6 weeks after the tree arrived to tell them that is was definitely dead, they immediately arranged to ship a new one.

For the most part I am very satisfied. However, I did order an indoor ficus plant a few months ago that is now almost dead — it continues to lose its leaves no matter what I do to fix the problem ( more water, less water, not enough light, too much light, etc.)

Spartan Juniper trees

They looked great upon arrival, however 1 was broke at the top which made is much smaller then the other 3. I called BrighterBlooms and the sent a replacement right away. I'm looking forward to them growing to provide a privacy area.
Highly recommend working with this company and I will order more in the future.

Fruit trees

I purchased 2 apple trees & 1 purple fig tree. Upon arrival they were packaged very well & looked great! One of my apple trees started wilting a bit after being planted, I gave a few days, & then called customer service to see if they had any advice. The guy I talked to was very helpful & talked me through a couple different things I can try & said to give it a little time. He told me that if it does end up dying it can be replaced within 30 days. I'm hoping it's just because it's been so hot out & that it perks back up, but I'm glad to know I'm not out the money if it doesn't make it. My other two trees are doing amazing! I will definitely buy from them again!

Good experience

Ordered a tree online. It was shipped quick, got here in relatively good shape and it is now firmly planted in my front yard. Too early yet to tell how it will do but the leaves are still green and it looks healthy. Waiting to see if I get any new leaves or branch sprouts.

They had replaced a tree for us that was not going well. It went very smoothly. Jessica done a fantastic job and was very quick to the punch. We are still waiting on it to take off but looks to be ok. Thank you again! Our 16 trees look great so far! Next spring we will have that beautiful whiteness down our lane

Great source for quality

Great products, being dependent on the delivery provider is tough. 1 of my plants, the rose of sharon was beat up in transit. I've connected with brighterblooms.com and we're hoping it recovers. If it doesn't I'm confident BB will make it right.

It's Going to Take Awhile

I will say, there are many varieties to choose from in regards to trees, shrubs and plants. I'm not sure why they don't schedule arrival times better. My tracking showed it should arrive on a Sunday? I don't know the hours of operation for the shipping company, but it appeared they don't do deliveries on Sundays. My tree and ornamental grass were delivered all dried out and the leaves crumbled off the branches. The tree was planted immediately and appears to be growing new buds, so I'm crossing my fingers it continues to make progress. The jury is still out on the ornamental grass. I imagine from now on, I'll just have to buy locally.

Healthy

All three plants that I ordered in Mid-November came about a week later. The plants were large and beautiful and healthy. Since I bought them on sale I could afford larger than anticipated. The 7 gallon lilac has 10-15 branches about 15" - 18" tall. I was amazed. The 1 gallon purple smoke tree is strong and even though we've had a cold snap, the leaves are still beautiful. The 2 quart Love Hydrangea has such large green leaves. Can't wait to see them all grow and bloom.
I always buy Root Rocket for all my plants. I've seen such beautiful growth from all the plants. I know the roots must be doing better than plants that were already here without it.

Duplicate order

I placed an initial order of a red blood Japanese maple then decided I wanted a second tree and made another order Brighter Blooms stop the process and had me contact them to confirm this was correct and on top of that the took my shipping of each order because both orders combined would have been eligible for free shipping. Trees arrived in great shape bigger that expected and look great very pleased thanks

The delivery took longer than expected. No fault of this nursery. Fed Ex just took WAY longer than normal. I was getting very concerned how my Glenn Mango trees would arrive. They were packaged in such a way that the plant, soil, everything stayed moist and protected and looked suprisingly very well and healthy! It traveled from East coast to West coast and took about 12 days, I think, before it arrived! I'm impressed!

Crepe Myrtle arrived "on time", and as described... well packaged and healthy-looking specimen... The online website gives proper description of the various plant offerings for perusal, but I do not believe the "add-ons" (fertilizer, warranty, etc) should affect the "shipping" costs

Plants in very poor health.

I ordered a money tree and a bottle palm, both of which came a spider mite and fungus gnat infestation, brown and spotty leaves and just in general poor health. Not at all satisfied with my purchase. Should've done more research before purchasing, apparently there are many poor reviews about plant health and lack of customer service beyond a discount offered on the next order.
