Apparently there was a glitch in communication. I was under the impression my plant would be delivered as a Christmas gift, however, due to the planting zone it will not get delivered until spring. I was supposed to receive that information however, never did. Communication has been corrected. BrighterBlooms.com came through and looking forward to the shipment in the spring!

The trees I purchased were shipped with broken limbs and all the dirt out of the 3 gallon buckets they were planted in due to them being turned upside down from shipper.

I then ordered another gift certificate since time was running out for me. Finally got the first one but with no code on it for cashing in. After hours on the phone I was able to get two certificates that were redeemable. WHEW!

While I don't like to leave negative reviews, I did not feel that the plants arrived in great condition or looked as nice as the photos. Some leaves were torn, others were bent, and many were crushed from the packaging.
I was not expecting what I received. Until I figured out where the plant was coming from. It was dormant looked dead. Glad I got the year warranty/guarantee. But with a lil' TLC &under warm conditions (Green House. I see life, leaves are emerging.

Customer service was fantastic! The tree is pretty but has not been drinking water. We cut it off before putting it in a tree stand and it drank the first night but not since. Also it "does not" have the wonderful pine scent.
My only issues is that I am a reoccurring customer so your system should know I live in Florida. I get these emails with these beautiful trees I want to buy and I click on them and go through the whole thing and then it tells me I can't get them cause they won't ship to Florida. Other than that you have beautiful plants and they arrive quickly and are very healthy and I have no complaints about any of the trees I have received.

One of the flowers I purchased arrived very dry. It died a few days later. The rest of my order was fine.
First tree arrived damaged, after contacting Brighter Bloom within a day or two a new tree was being prepared to ship, I was allowed to keep the original tree and have it in our lanai nursing it to health, the new tree in in my back yard in my tree Box space, looking to have a beautiful tree this spring.
We recently ordered a live tree from Brighter Blooms which we received timely. Tree is in great shape and instructions received on how to care for the plant is very helpful. Online service was easy to order. Thank you!
