We are very pleased with the plants that arrived. Great condition and wrapped perfectly!

I liked that I could take my time looking and had someone available to answer any questions plants were delivered the day promised and are doing well.

I ordered a bunch of plants and when received I was extremely satisfied with what I received. Plants in great condition. Planted them all and they are doing great! Can't wait until they grow larger and start producing fruit! I did have a small hiccup where I didn't receive one of my fruit trees and when I called it was immediately handled and they sent it out immediately! No complaints and I would highly recommend you order your blooms from brighter blooms!

Easy shopping experience. 6-7 ft tree arrived on time. Trunk was skinny about diameter of your finger. I had to stake it and will have to stay staked for years before it's thick enough to hold up on its own. No flowers on tree just a few branches with leaves that are showing some dark spots. Hoping it will do ok.

One tree was a little wilted upon arrival.
Hope it will look better.

Waiting to see if the worsening state of the tree is actually transplant shock. It is not looking good at all, no new growth as yet.

The ONLY alert I had for the company at the time I ordered was to please, pay attention to the address. Lane vs Ave. The box was directed to Ave, not La. Landscaper's time was scheduled, a mountain of planting soil and wood chips were waiting in the driveway, pointlessly.
A replacement order was awaited anxiously. It finally arrived. The invoice listed the correct plant. The 10X 1 gallon pots contained the wrong plant.
Upon requesting a refund, the customer service representative offered 20% off. I accepted because I could not find this particular plant elsewhere. This represented 2 additional plants. I was rather shocked to find that a 1 gallon plant (boxwood), at just under $30.00, contained ONE branch of about 10 in of plant. ONE BRANCH!

Everything was packaged very well and received quickly.

I was surprised to find the tree trunk cut in order to fit the box. I was planning to grow a longer trunked tree naturally. I understand there are now things i can do but i wasn't planning for that.

All transactions went smoothly, all products as advertised.

Okay tree was in decent condition. But the hydrangea tree was listed as full sun. It's in full sun now getting sunburned because it's not really full sun but partial sun no sun in afternoon. Very misleading now it may not survive.

The plants seemed fine but were damaged in shipment. Some of the berry bushes had broken branches and were half as tall as they should be. I planted them anyway because they were still alive, but I was disappointed by this.

Nice quality products. I took a chance and was very pleased with the plants. I'm looking forward to future purchases.

The 2 trees were received packed well. They've been planted and appear to be doing well so far. The raspberry plant has yet to show signs of growth.

2 stars for the olive tree and the scrub. Zero stars for the bamboo, looks like its almost dead, i hope that it comes back, i paid a lot of money for it…
