We were very happy with the communication and service of Brighter Blooms. The rose bush and pine tree we purchased are thriving however the Oak is not doing too well. We aren't willing to give up on it quite yet but happy we purchased the extended one year warranty option!
Ordering was easy. Shopping was fast. Trees were a little rough looking - broken branches, wilted leaves - upon delivery. Also, soil had come apart from roots and the roots were exposed and not down in the soil in the burlap bags. Planted them and the wilted leaves have since turned brown and dry. Hoping to see new growth. Will be in touch with Brighter Blooms about the status of the trees. Wanted to give them a chance to bounce back. Not sure they will.

When i need plants that are the right size to be established in my yard i go to Brighter Blooms! The shape they are in when they arrive is amazing. It's like the plants didn't know they were dug up, much less shipped! The apple tree we bought May 11 has already grown a foot, and the lavendar plants are now blooming

I think there is something wrong with my Bartlett pear tree because it's missing a ton of leaves and the leaves on it look terrible. It came to me like this so I replaced some of the dirt with the organic dirt and have been taking very good care of it. Praying it livens up!

My tree arrived on Saturday. Driver dropped off in sun. I was home so opened right away. Very disappinted in tree condition. Small weak root system loosely in a chunky soil mix not adhered in any way inside burlap bag. Zero root ball. Leaves were wilted planted immed babying now. Not sure it will make it. Should have shipped it bare root. But then it would have cost less. Very disappointed about condition of it for what i paid.

We purchasae four Xanadu in 3 gallon pots. They evidently were just recentl; y moved into the 3 gallon pots; the roots were not developed and were not worth the money ($50.00). In fact we visited a local nursery and purchased many Xanadu in one gallon pots, planted them next to the Brighter Blooms Xanadu (paid $6.00). These locally purchased Zanadu were equal in size to the plants purchased from Brighter Blooms, and are thriving better. So you live and learn.
