We have received 12 fruit trees from BrighterBlooms and are excited to see how they work in our geothermal greenhouse! There are a few successfully growing citrus in Nebraska, something not done before. We hope to provide great feedback about the trees as the year continues on!
My tree was received in good condition. Not many leaves but you could see small sprouts. I planted outside (I live in central Ohio) and leaves grew very quickly. The tree has been planted now for a few months and has grown significantly (at least a few inches up and quite a bit out), the leaves are large and the plant is very healthy. I will be purchasing another tree to plant next spring.

Very good price. The trees arrived on time and they were package well. All 10 trees now have new growth. They have been in the ground for two weeks and three days and already have about four inches of growth with new blooms all over them. Could not be more pleased and will order from BrighterBlooms again!
I had a problem which BrighterBlooms graciously and quickly resolved. One of the trees I received did not seem to be doing well. I contacted the company before the 30-day replacement warranty ran out. They offered to replace but also suggested we wait another week or so. They assured me that our conversation would be entered into the system and sure enough, when I called back 6 weeks after the tree arrived to tell them that is was definitely dead, they immediately arranged to ship a new one.

I purchased a Jasmine vine. It didn't look like any Jasmine I'd ever seen. Used by plant identifying app and it said it was a weed vine. Will never purchase from Brighter Blooms again.

I've ordered twice and both my plants were in perfect shape.
Purchased 2 cherry trees which unfortunately did not survive. Contacted BrighterBlooms and received replacements within days. Both trees are thriving. Excellent customer service. Plan on purchasing additional fruit trees in the future.

I received the flowers, however 1 set was not as advertised. The stems were bent and have not recovered well.
I ordered a bush before from you and the blackberry bush was all full and had several stocks and was healthy. I like your products. I've got good, healthy plants in the past and great online service. I ordered a different type of blackberry, the three crown, this time. It came with one stock and several yellow leaves with brown spots. I called the company and they said let's just sit on it for a couple weeks and see how it goes. There is no new growth on it. Let's wait another week and see how it goes. It's not dying but my other new plants are showing growth even within one week. The person I talk to on the phone was great.
