Ordered two White Weeping Cherry trees. One was healthy, but the other looked dead, dehydrated, some burnedout leaves, and with a few broken branches. Called customer service and provided pictures of the unhealthy plant. I was told to wait three weeks to see if it comes back to life. 22 days later, the tree looks worse.
Recieved in timely manner. Packaged perfectly but Crushed in shipping and new FedEx delivery young man had spit chew in one box and threw other at my dog and said he dont like dogs. No fault of provider tho. Broken branches and now leaves are falling off.

Initially both plants (plumeria and angels trumpet) lost most of their leaves. But after 10 days new leaves are sprouting and both plants are doing well. Happy with my purchase.
