Great experience. The tree is small, but I ordered the 1 to 2 foot tree and it already has a lot of new growth on it. It arrived within a few days or ordering, was nicely packed, in very good condition. I would definitely order from Brighter Blooms again!
I attempted to get ahold of brighter bonds with concerns about the tree as soon as it arrived. My email was rejected as going to an unmentioned email account. They offer no way to reach them other than a phone number. I called when I could - I work 2 jobs and prefer email or chat - but it phone line said I was next in queue, and I waited 35 minutes before I had to go back to work. I paid for the warranty, but clearly there isn't any way to reach them so that's just a joke. All but 1 limb was off the tree but in the box when it arrived. Buyer beware I guess.

I paid over $205.43 (includes shipping) for a 6-7 foot Forest Pansy Redbud. The description didn't say it would look like a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Has maybe 3-4 branches and is not at all what I'd expect for a tree that tall and that expensive. I was going to plant it on the front corner of my house but it's too scraggly. I am disappointed. Buy local. That way you know just what you're getting.
My two Catmint bushes I ordered were in pretty rough condition when I received them. After planting, one is doing fine but the other is very near death since the beginning. Pretty disappointed with the one small green vine on the one catmint. Hoping it survives but the chances are looking slim.

2 gallon rose was alive and well, but had a major branch removed so it is kind of half a rose. And there is a huge turn in the main stem that sits below the dirt. Also the leaves were colored and spotted. But I think it's going to be OK. Roses are tough.
When I opened the box more than half of the leaves of my Flame Thrower Redbud tree had fallen off and as I removed it and planted it even MORE leaves fell off! But after planting within 3 days little tiny leaves were forming! It's been 2 weeks now and my tree is filled baby and adolescent leaves - YAY! I think by much anticipated tree is going to make it.
