I bought a tree and lavender plant for my best friend who was killed in a car accident. I bought the tree for her husband and kids. They planted it together. Excited to see them next year. I'll be ordering more when I get to landscaping my entire yard.

This was a real nightmare because of the fact that the package was shipped by FedEx and, of course, as in many places in the US, the package did not come, lost or dumped somewhere. I indicated that the package was not received and BB issued an other package that arrived correctly. SO no problem with the ordering, we got exactly what we asked for, no problem with the quality of the products: they are growing in our garden: the no-no is the logistics chosen by BB to transport their products for delivery: very unprofessional and certainly detrimental to the reputation of BB (all our friends know that the first order from BB was NOT delivered!

My concern was 30-day replacement or refund time but was told my situation was noted and I would be taken care of if no improvement.

But, the plants arrived with yellow leaves, black diseased stems, and the leaves looked like an insect snacked on them during the entire shipping process. I was very disappointed to say the least! I emailed the customer service and Julie had three Nikko Blue Hydrangeas shipped to me the very next day! Julie's attention to the matter and fast service to make sure I received what I wanted and had paid for made me a believer.
