The plants arrived healthy said they were 1 gallon, I would say 2 quart size. Extremely disappointed. Customer service did give me a discount, and was very professional, only reason I gave a 2 star. I will not recommend this company nor will I make another purchase.

I ordered 2 Satsuma Orange trees and 1 celeste fig tree for my brother in Slidell, LA. During a hurricane, I think it was Katrina, they lost their house as it was completely under water. Of everything he lost, it was the fruit trees in his yard. I arrange for the order which included someone planting the trees for him since had a stroke since the hurricane. He didn't know until the delivery and planting. I live west of Houston, TX and was not able to make the trip to plant the fruit trees. I very much appreciated santa's helpers doing this favor for me.

Wonderful customer service! Our tree arrived with damage. We are not sure where in the process the damage happened, but Brighter Blooms made certain we were shipped a new tree. I received confirmation the tree had shipped only 30 minutes after our phone conversation!
They mailed me a tree that looked horrible when it arrived. I reached out to them with a picture and they simply said that the tree was just shedding leaves and to do a scratch test. I waited a couple of months and reached out again to tell them that it was definitely dead. There response was that there is no warranty. That was a money and time just thrown out the window.
When I looked up the bush, the price came up at 79.99. Once they werte in my cart and I was checking out the price jumoed to 89.99! Bait and switch?
I received an email from the customer service department. They immediately resolved my issue. The plants came in today and they are beautiful, exactly what I envisioned! I will definitely purchase from them again!

Plant arrived on time and in very healthy condition, with loads of buds. It does have "weeping branches" though. I'm hoping this will look more like the tree pictured as the branches get stronger.
Also, the blooms are NOT red.
Product showed up almost 2.5 weeks after ordering. The box look like it had been kicked and stepped on.
The two shrubs (payed close to 60$) were worth about 10$ TOTAL and I doubt I will ever order from y'all again

Loved the Crepe Myrtle tree but the two gardenia bushes I got were in very sad condition when they arrived. I cannot believe what I paid for these tiny little starts which both had broken branches. I am planning on contacting Brighter Booms about a refund or replacement plants.
Although we're not quite sure how the tree got damaged during shipping BrighterBlooms was more than willing to ship a replacement tree right away.
I highly recommend these people they stand by their product!

We purchased 12 3-4' Wichita Blue junipers. One was looking a bit sad when it arrived and got worse after planting. I called Brighter Blooms and they immediately sent out a replacement, free of charge with no questions asked. Great service.
Just put it into the ground, so waiting to see new growth to know if it truly survived and perhaps thriving. Next spring, hopefully, blossoms, but not expecting actual fruit for 2-3 years. Much faster delivery than expected.
Jason was very helpful. He showed me how to see if particular palms could ship to Texas. Very professional! One palm arrived with a couple of branches folded underneath it. But I am following the directions. I hope they come back!

I've been very impressed with BrighterBlooms! The first tree shipped sustain a lot of stress during its shipment. It was not bouncing back and taking hold like the other plants i ordered. They immediately sent a replacement which is doing much better! Already opening new leaves! Very happy!
Two orders of the same plants have arrived either damaged beyond saving or with chewed up leaves looking like they are on their last legs. Brighter Blooms did refund the charges, but I won't order from them again.
