Update: Customer service reached and and apologized for changing me shipping when I used my welcome coupon and spent the required amount, and said they will credit my credit card I used. I'm thrilled and thankful they corrected the mishap. I will be ordering from this company again! Thank you Brighter Blooms.
I ordered enough products to gain free shipping but once I used my welcome code they charged me the shipping. So, I removed some of the product I ordered and wanted to cover the shipping. So much for welcome to our company.
Rose shipped in Feb 2022. It did good last year but didn't get green growth when other roses did. I did a scratch test as they instructed and ground out it was dead. Since I didn't do the scratch test when it was dormit, warrenty expired. Never do business with them again!
The plant was delivered yesterday late so I was not able to open the box until this morning. The plant did not look well!It was very dry and the leaves were all wilted. I planted it anyway and gave it a good drink Sorry I can not send you a picture I don't have a camera. I am hoping it will come back! Beverly Pangrazzi
The 10 plants 1 gallon winter green boxwood foliage was barely as bod as my hand. The plants struggled and never grew the entire season. The junipers 2-3 feet tall never grew. The bottom of 4 of the trees died.
Two of the three plants lost all their new growth. This could be due to delivery delay from fedex ground service. Bb customer service has responded positively and feel confident they will make this right.

First order was lost in shipping and finally showed up after 12 days. Customer service sent out a second tree immediately upon contact which did show up at the designated arrival time in much better shape.
Followed directions given for planting trees, watered accordingly. Black leaves around the bottom. Brown foliage pigmentation throughout. 3 weeks later. We will see, let you know if they last the summer. I live in Southern WI.

I ordered 3 trees, but one was very damaged. The other 2 are showing new growth. I'm waiting to plant them in big pots with well draining soil next week. Weather is still cool at night, and I want them to be babies. If the third one doesn't grow, will you replace it?

My lemon bushes came in looking very healthy, I've transplanted a couple days ago, and taking nicely.

The experience on your site was great. FedEx however disregarded the lay flat instructions on you box and delivered one of my trees with weight on it's branches. I don't see any obvious breaks hope everything goes OK they look good.
I ordered 4 different items, and 3 of them are doing quite well. One is struggling a little bit, but that might be due to it being delivered on a day where it was only 20 degrees F. I'm hopeful it will bounce back.
I ordered small lime, orange, and lemon trees; 2 of which seemed to be in great shape when they arrived. However, the largest plant had 95% of its leaves knocked off during shipping, it does seem to be recovering quickly with some baby leaves already started. Overall happy.
Roots bag was really dry, leaves extremely shocked with many of them blackening. I've been trying to nurse it along hoping the roots set in before it dies, and so far its not dead. This specific purchase has been a rough experience.
I ordered 3 trees, indoor, patio, outdoor. All got stuck in a winter ice storm in shipping. The indoor tree definitely didn't make it and BB quickly replaced after sending pictures. Time will till on the remaining two once summer gets closer.
My willow trees were delivered promptly and in great condition with pots that could have kept them for a good while before planting.
Also the call I made was answered promptly by an excellent knowledgeable person.
Out of 10 only seven survived. As much as I followed instructions some plant are not surviving. I bought the 18 months guarantee and claimed the last 3 didn't survive, no one from CS email is responding onto my concern.

Good so far. I cannot give a final rating or review at this time because the oak leaf hydrangea was indoor condition and was not planted. Brighter blooms is scheduled to send a replacement in early fall. The weeping cherry is doing ok for now just planted two weeks ago, too soon to tell.
The Willow looked great and seems to be hanging on so far. The ground is soggy and it was much needed. The other smaller plant didn't look as great. It had been ripped somehow in shipping, so some of the blooms fell off. I'm hoping it will perk back up again though. Overall given they were shipped, I thought the plants did pretty well.

My apple tree and hydrangeas came in great condition. Received a free jasmine plant so that was awesome. I planted them the next day and so far the plants are thriving! Will order again from this company.
We received our Japanese red Maple tree in a timely fashion. The product was packed and shipped very well however upon receipt come out the leaves were dry and falling off branches. We followed instructions to water plants and let the leaves replenish itself. So far it hasn't but it's only been 8 to 10 days.
